TECHNOLOGY FOR THE CLUMSY

I am the clumsiest person alive. When I first got a smart phone, I was terrified I would drop and break it. Sure enough, within three weeks, it slipped from my hands. I had a protective case, but the screen still cracked a bit. Luckily, the phone was still usable, so I didn't worry too much about it. But then, I dropped it again. This time was catastrophic. It looked fine, but it wouldn't work at all! I had to take it in to be repaired. Luckily, it was under warranty, so the cost was covered. I've since had many phones needing to be repaired. Needless to say, I'm good friends with technology repair people. I started this site so that other klutzes like me can learn the best ways to get support with all their needed repairs-from hardware to (the ever common) dropped phones.
