Autism Services Center (ASC) is a nonprofit, licensed behavioral health center that was founded in 1979 by Ruth C. Sullivan, Ph.D. to provide services in Cabell, Wayne, Lincoln, Mason and Putnam counties in the state of West Virginia. Though specializing in autism, ASC provides comprehensive, community-integrated services to all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities... Autism Services Center is a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit agency providing quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Cabell, Wayne, Lincoln, Mason and Putnam counties in West Virginia. We presently serve approximately 250 individuals and employ a staff of almost 500.
