Greg Flowers is the Broker/Owner of Authentic Property Management since 2009 and a Real Estate Broker since 1998. He has been in the real estate industry since 1994. Prior to that he was a stock broker, insurance agent and insurance restoration contractor.
He has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions since 1994 and always strives to meticulously support your needs of information and care. His passion is building good working relationships with honesty and consistency. He has a unique perspective of the real estate industry and can spot trends having worked in the industry through 4 economic business cycles.
Greg Flowers, the founder of Authentic Properties, began his career as a stockbroker and finance manager in 1985, he then became licensed as a mortgage originator in 1994 and a real estate broker in 1996. After the real estate bust in 2008, he became a property manager to diversify his income, but soon learned that he developed a breadth of knowledge that allowed him to offer his clients unparalleled expertise and insight.
