Julian Yuan is a co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Yuan is also a co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors of Aviva Biosciences Corp. Mr. Yuan has served as President and CEO of Progressive Group Inc. (PGI) since its inception in 1983. PGI is one of the largest medical device and instrument distributors in Taiwan. Mr. Yuan is an entrepreneur with 22 years of experience in the management and marketing of biosciences products, medical devices and instruments. Mr. Yuan received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Chung Yuan University in Taiwan in 1979.
Dr. Harvey is responsible for leading all Aviva Systems Biology and Genway Biotech operations with a focus on delivering profitable growth initiatives across the Company. He brings over 18 years of biotechnology experience and a proven track record of delivering profitable growth within the antibody product segments. Most recently Dr. Harvey has served as General Manager of Thermo Fisher Scientific's antibody business where he had financial and product development responsibility for the business segment. He has held numerous leadership roles at Affymetrix (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific) and EMD Millipore Inc. (Merck KGaA), where he was responsible for research and development, product management, business development, and commercial strategy. Dr. Harvey has a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Illinois of Chicago and held a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of California, San Diego.

Mr. Liang is Managing Director of China Operations for Tang Industries Inc. and President of Tang Investment Group (China) Co., Ltd. Previously, Mr. Liang was the General Manager for China National Material Co., VP of SKD China, and VP-Business Development of Irvine Networks and a Management Consultant for SCA consulting. Mr. Liang has an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and double degrees, a BA in Economics and a BA in International Studies, from Northwestern University.
Dr. Jiang brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience in biotechnology and management to Aviva from more than fifteen years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Dr. Jiang has previously served as Vice President of Operations in Aviva in San Diego and President of Aviva in Beijing. Before joining Aviva, Dr. Jiang managed Tang Pharmaceuticals in China as General Manager from 1999 to 2007. Prior to that, Dr. Jiang served as assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at Northwestern University. Dr. Jiang holds a M.D. degree in Pediatrics.

Mr. Ambutas is General Counsel for Tang Industries, Inc., a diversified holding company that includes industrial, pharmaceutical, furniture and real estate holdings, and serves as a Director of Nacme Steel Processing, LLC, a processor of high strength carbon steel, and Key Colony, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of juice products. Mr. Ambutas previously worked in private practice from 1980 until 1992. Mr. Ambutas has a J.D. from Loyola School of Law, Chicago and a B.S. from Western Michigan University.
