Bacot Design provides full plans and design services for homes, everything you will need to obtain a permit, get bids, and visualize your new house, remodel, or addition. This includes all services from helping define your building goals, to drawing the details the contractor will use; from expediting permit application, to helping you obtain bids and track the progress of construction. I am a residential designer, not a registered architect. If you decide to hire an architect, I can suggest Sonoma architects who would be suitable for your project.
