We believe that where we live shapes how we live. As boutique developers, it is our mission to build properties to a range of budgets and sizes, all unified by design, detail, space and light... We want our developments to have a narrative and sit respectfully within their setting. There is nothing worse than properties that could be from anywhere and belong to nowhere. We want Baobab properties to have one eye on the past, mindful of the history and context of the area, and the other eye on the future, embracing progressive design based on modern principles... We recognise that many people would not consider a newly built property: this stems from the soulless, profit driven finish associated with so many developers, as well as the complete absence of imagination and consideration in the design.
