In this role he is focused towards establishment of engineering delivery processes, solutions building strategy, customer relationship management & customer success strategies. He has extensive experience in various industries including Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Media & Entertainment Brij leads the Delivery and Pre-Sales teams at Baryons which encompasses Delivery management, Technology consulting, Product development, outsourcing, turnkey program management, Assessment & Transition for on-site and global blended delivery models. Before Baryons, Brij worked in software development at Accenture Services, HCL Perot Systems and Polaris Labs. He is a certified PMP and Master in Computer Application from Utkal University. In his spare time, he does cycling, swimming and spends time with his 2 kids.

Pranav Kumar founded Baryons Software Solutions, and has more than 18 years of Management and Technology experience. In his previous roles he has worked with Accenture, Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services, managing large accounts and delivering business critical services to Fortune 500 organizations. Pranav holds an engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering. Specialties acquired on the way include Organization and Process Definition, Technology and Solution Leadership, IT Consulting, Strategic Relationships building, Business Development, Service Delivery, Managed Services and Outsourcing, building strong Client relationships spread all over the globe. Pranav is excited about the experience of starting and growing Baryons Software Solutions, an IT organization from scratch and he's loving every bit of the journey & looking forward to a longer and eventful way ahead
