Alessandro earned a Master Degree in International Management from Bocconi University and a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
He worked in Accenture, first in Italy and then in China, focusing mostly on Sales & Marketing growth drivers and value realization. By working on multiple client projects, Alessandro has developed a deep China consumer goods focus across several segments such as food, soft drinks, alcohol beverages, confectionery, dairy, baby nutrition, beauty and luxury.
He joined Battaglia Advisory Services in 2015, becoming a Partner in 2017. He is fluent in English, Italian, and is conversational in Mandarin.
Riccardo earned an Engineering Masters Degree from Politecnico of Torino and an MBA from SDA Bocconi.
After several experiences in industrial companies and leading consulting firms, he moved to China in 2004, since then he has advised dozens of companies in their development in China.
Riccardo has successfully managed projects across a wide range of sectors such as Industrial, FMCG, Retail, and F&B.
Riccardo is fluent in English, Italian, French and Spanish and is conversational in Mandarin.
