Our firm was founded by Philip N. Beauregard in the mid-1980s. Richard E. Burke, Jr., Michael Franco, and Adrienne Catherine H. Beauregard-Rheaume started work with the firm as law students. They became partners in 1990, 2001, and 2018, respectively...
