Dr. Aparup Chowdhury is a professional bureaucrat (Former Secretary) working consistently for 37 years with progressively increasing responsibilities in Field Administration, Policy Pool of different Ministries and Organizations as well as Corporate Bodies. He held important and sensitive positions like Magistrate 1st Class, UNO, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Secretary and Additional Secretary in different Ministries, Chairman , Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, Secretary , Ministry of Liberation War Affairs, , Independent Director of United Commercial Bank Ltd, United Asset Ltd as well as Apex Weaving and Finishing Mills Ltd. He worked for World Bank as Project Director of a regional cooperation project embracing Bangladesh, Bhutan, India and Nepal. Mr. Asifur Rahman is the board director of Bay Group Ltd. He has completed a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Kansas, USA. Mr. Shamsur Rahman is the Founder & Chairman of Bay Group. A hardworking & charismatic individual, Mr. Rahman started his career in Bangladesh Civil Service in 1973. And after early retirement from the Civil Service, Mr. Rahman started his venture with Bay Tanneries Ltd. in 1977. Since then, his relentless efforts grew the Group to what we see today. Mr. Ziaur Rahman is the Managing Director of Bay Group Ltd. He has done, BBA from Assumption University of Bangkok & MBA from St. Thomas University in Houston Texas, USA. He is one of the Directors of leather goods, footwear manufacturing and exporter association of Bangladesh. Honourable member of FBCCI, Japan Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Navy Boat Club, Dhaka Club, Uttara Club, Kurmitola Golf Club. Organizer of cricket team for Premier Division: "City Club".
Mr. Ziaur Rahman obtained Higher Training on "Finished Leather Processing" from Italy, and "Management" from Japan. He acquired a vast experience in the field of custom clearing & forwarding business and had undertaken number of projects works of many National as well as International companies in Bangladesh & established himself one of the leading Project Support Service Businessman in Bangladesh.

, former Managing Director & CEO of Agrani Bank Limited. Mr. Hamid started his career as SPO with Janata Bank Ltd, one of the leading Commercial Bank of Bangladesh. He is highly Experienced Commercial Banker with 31 years of extensive experience in Credit Management, Risk Management, Project Evaluation, Human Resources and Training, MIS and IT, Accounts, Internal Audit and Treasury & Branch Management. In earlier, he obtained M. Com degree major in Marketing and B. Com (Hons) in Management from Dhaka University. He also qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1984 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and obtained PhD from the Preston University under distance program in 2010 having dissertation on growth and development of commercial Banks in Bangladesh. As General Manager of Janata Bank Ltd in Rajshahi circle for the period of from February 2000 to September 2004, Janata Bank Rajshahi circle made profit in June 2002 amongst the NCB for the first time which is still continuing.
After his transfer to Agrani Bank in 2005, he applied his experiences of Janata Bank Ltd, Agrani Bank Rajshahi circle also earned profit in the year 2006 for the first time. Financial statement also prepared as per international standard of Agrani Bank in the year 2005.
