BDI PROPERTIES US - Key Persons

Mr. Bailey has been in financial management for over 25 years. His experience includes being the controller of a chemical division of a Fortune 100 company. His responsibilities included acquisitions, credit, contract review, financial reporting and company representative for financial matters including banking and audits. He was also CFO and Partner in an LBO of the aforementioned division. Mr. Bailey has more recently been the managing partner in a privately funded real estate investment group that owns and operates commercial properties, as well as the development of new properties. His is a CPA, and his education includes an MBA.

Ms. D'Angelo has more than 30 years of leadership and consulting experience in multiple industries including real estate, the Federal government, healthcare, and telecommunications. Julie focuses on property management and enhancements of the properties owned and managed by BDI Properties. She is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in Marketing Management.

Mr. Rodriguez has more than 37 years of private sector and military experience. He served in a variety of positions in the military, primarily in special operations units, before retiring at the rank of Colonel after 30 years of service. He has been involved in a number of start-up initiatives, including some that involved fielding critical capabilities on short notice both privately, and in the military. His business experience includes senior management positions with information technology, security and commercial real estate sectors. He is a graduate of Boston University with a BSBA.
