Allen W. Toadvine

Mr. Toadvine has practiced law in Bucks County for more than 40 years. He served as Managing Partner at the Law Firm of Marte & Toadvine for most of that period. He currently serves as Solicitor for the Redevelopment Authority of Bucks County, Solicitor for Tullytown Borough Zoning Hearing Board, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Livengrin Foundation, Inc., and serves on the Board of Directors of the Middletown Community Foundation. Prior to joining Begley Carlin and Mandio LLP., Mr. Cornett was a partner in the law firm of Sagot Cornett, P.C. He focuses his practice on representing injured victims in all types of personal injury claims, with a particular concentration in the areas of automobile and truck accidents, slip and fall, and products liability. He has successfully tried numerous cases before judges and juries in both state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Cornett graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1996 obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Science and Criminal Justice. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan University (Thomas M. Cooley) graduating in 2001. Breandan Q. Nemec

Brendan G. Corrigan

A native of Bucks County, Brendan G. Corrigan, Esq. serves clients within the firm's transactional, real estate, educational, and municipal practice areas. In addition, Mr. Corrigan sits on the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Human Relations Council and is co-counsel to the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Corrigan served as a regulatory lawyer where his areas of focus included finance, governance, compliance, and policy development. Before working as a regulatory lawyer, Brendan worked in politics, having served in the Office of the Vice Chair on Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign and as a policy aide in Hillary Clinton's private office. Chelsey D. Jackman

Chelsey Jackman is a lifelong resident of Bucks County and a graduate of Council Rock High School and Penn State University, where she was a member of the Dean's List, an All-American athlete, and the captain of the Cheerleading Team. After starting her professional career as a sales representative for a major pharmaceutical company, Ms. Jackman decided to pursue her dream of following her mother, Colleen Crocker, into the field of law. Chelsey attended the Widener University School of Law, where she received the Outstanding Service Award for forming the school's first Sign Language Society. After graduating Widener, Ms. Jackman joined the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. Over the course of her decade of service there, Chelsey prosecuted many of the most difficult cases that a prosecutor can be faced with and was promoted to the level of Deputy District Attorney and Chief of Human Trafficking. Chris L. Simcox

Chris Little Simcox, Esquire has practiced in all areas of family law, wills, trusts, guardianships, estate administration and bankruptcy for the past 25 years. She is licensed to practice both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She was employed for several years at the Bucks County Domestic Relations Section as a hearing officer and then as an establishment supervisor. Douglas C. Maloney

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Weeder served as a Senior Assistant Solicitor for the County of Bucks. In her work for the County, Mrs. Weeder advised on legal issues for the Human Resources Department and also handled matters in civil rights, nonprofit corporate law, public bidding law, records and data confidentiality law, election law, landlord-tenant and contract law. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Weeder has taught Business Law as an adjunct faculty member of Montgomery County Community College in Pennsylvania. Pamela A. Van Blunk

In April 2022 Ms. Van Blunk started her Of Counsel career at the law firm of Begley, Carlin and Mandio, LLP where she covers Personal Injury and Tax Assessment Appeals cases. Pamela A. Van Blunk, Esquire was elected to serve as Bucks County's Controller in November 2021 and began her four-year term on January 3, 2022. Before taking office, Ms. Van Blunk was, and is, an experienced litigation attorney. Ms. Van Blunk graduated from law school as a single mother with three young children, graduating cum laude from Widener University's Delaware Law School. She received her B.S. from Rutgers University Newark College of Arts and Sciences. Active in her community, Ms. Van Blunk served on Lower Makefield Township's Zoning Hearing Board through 2021. From 2013-2016, Ms. Van Blunk was a member of the Bucks County YWCA's Board of Directors. Scott also served 15 years in the legislature as a state representative and 4 years heading a complex organization with gross revenue of $265 million per annum and 1000 employees that was highly accredited twice, named professional organization of the year in 2020 and had three facilities named as premiere. In the legislature, Scott was honored with 8 awards in advocacy including Guardian of Small Business by NFIB, Legislator of the Year by Bio and PA Bio, Public Official of the Year by the PA Community Association, and The William Van Essen Award for distinguished service from the Bucks-Montgomery Optometric Society. Steven M. Jones

Steven Michael Jones represents clients in civil and criminal litigation matters. Notably, Mr. Jones has significant experience in the area of litigation, handling serious and high profile cases including jury and bench trials. Mr. Jones has successfully represented individuals, businesses and government entities in a wide variety of litigation matters. Mr. Jones tailors his practice to provide a client-focused approach, designed to carefully and collaboratively consider each client's unique circumstances when preparing the best strategy for each case. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jones was a member of the Bucks County District Attorney's Office, rising to the rank of Deputy District Attorney and handling cases ranging from financial fraud and white-collar investigations, to crimes against older adults, serious assault, DUI, drugs, homicide and Investigative Grand Jury proceedings.
