Beltway Capital was originally founded in 2001 to focus on the acquisition of commercial and industrial loans. Beltway Capital Management, LLC was formed in 2007 to expand the business into residential and commercial real estate loan acquisitions. Today, Beltway Capital is a leader in investment focused on commercial real estate, business asset, and residential loans. We buy single loans and pools of commercial and residential loans which, by reason of structure, location, industry and/or credit quality, are identified for sale... Beltway Capital Management is a privately held company, backed by Redwood Holdings, which provides our firm with permanent equity funding. Other loan acquisition firms have to raise and return capital regularly, shortening the timeframes for their investments and limiting the types of loans they are able to purchase. Our relationship with Redwood Holdings puts us in a unique position and allows us to take a more flexible, longer-term approach to investing.
