Andrea Boully

Andrew is a Licensed Surveyor who joined Beveridge Williams in 1997. Andrew currently manages the Melbourne Surveying Division and NSW Region of Beveridge Williams. He became a company Director in 2017 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Andrew is a board member and past President of Consulting Surveyors Victoria and a board member of Consulting Surveyors National.

Andrew Mellett

Andrew Mellett is the leader of the Environmental Division of the organisation, with over 20 years of environmental consulting experience behind him. He has been a serving member of the ACLCA Executive Committee (Victorian Chapter), a project director and provides evidence as an expert witness. After completing his Master of Business Administration, Andrew now also oversees strategy and operations for the company, driving the business planning process and streamlining operations for maximum efficiency as the organisation continues to expand. Andrew has over 20 years environmental experience, including 17 years at Beveridge Williams. He has directed over 300 Phase 1 and Phase 2 contamination assessments including remediation projects and statutory environmental audit assessments for councils, state government departments and private developers. Andrew has also been a serving member of the ACLCA Executive Committee (Victorian Chapter) and has provided evidence as an expert witness.

Anthony Oliver

Anthony is a Registered Land Surveyor with over 30 years' experience and is active in various surveying and development forums. Anthony is a PM of multiple land and property developments, whilst also managing the integration and standardisation of our NSW systems.

Ben Cummins

He is particularly knowledgeable in Community Title Schemes and complex titling issues and at all times gives attention to detail, ensuring quality and integrity in the output of the team.

Bernard Collins

With a focus on achieving great outcomes for clients and enhancing the urban form, Bernard has had an extensive career across local and regional government, within not-for-profit agencies and large corporations - focussing the last 20 years in consulting, and land development in particular. His experience lies in statutory and strategic planning, community consultation, policy development and project management. Bernard is responsible for the Design and Strategy division of Beveridge Williams, which includes Town Planning, Urban Design, Traffic and Transport and the Landscape Architecture teams in Darwin, Sydney and Melbourne. He continues to assist long term clients on projects and provides due diligence and advisory support to a broad client base. Bernard's background is in statutory and strategic planning, community consultation, policy development and project management and he has over 25 years' experience in these areas. Bernard's clients can range from industry leaders to local landowners. He advises on various planning aspects of their projects, represents them to State and Local Government and helps them achieve their project goals.

Kellie is qualified Surveyor and Registered Planner with a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Studies. Kellie has a passion for sustainable land development. She takes a holistic view of the process, considering the economic, social and environmental needs and implications of every project from inception through to completion. Her 22 years experience in the development industry is diverse and her surveying background supports a common sense approach to land development solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations.
