Adam has over 25 years experience in surveying, strongly linked with the development industry and large projects in Melbourne, rural Victoria and New Zealand. Adam's depth of knowledge of the development process, land law and technical surveying adds value to the Wonthaggi/Leongatha team in projects for both the public and private sectors.
Adam has substantial experience in civil engineering and urban development, having worked at Beveridge Williams for over 10 years.

Alisanne has significant experience in coordinating planning and integrated approvals packages, and undertaking strategic land use assessments, having more than 20 years' experience in this field. She provides approvals and strategic planning services to clients in both the public and private sector. She is also an experienced Project Manager with expertise in site analysis, feasibility and project coordination for the delivery of land development projects.
With over 25 years' experience in the development industry, Andrea has a strong background in the residential land and housing market. Andrea has experience in both the public and private sectors, including with state government, private developers, builders and, for the last 14 years, in consultancy. This strong experience in residential development is actively applied to a range of projects at Beveridge Williams.

Andrew is a Licensed Surveyor who joined Beveridge Williams in 1997. Andrew currently manages the Melbourne Surveying Division and NSW Region of Beveridge Williams.
Andrew's diverse range of projects over 25 years of surveying experience allows him to implement innovative surveying solutions to meet our clients' needs and expectations. He became a company Director in 2017 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Andrew is a board member and past President of Consulting Surveyors Victoria and a board member of Consulting Surveyors National.

Andrew Mellett is the leader of the Environmental Division of the organisation, with over 20 years of environmental consulting experience behind him. He has been a serving member of the ACLCA Executive Committee (Victorian Chapter), a project director and provides evidence as an expert witness.
After completing his Master of Business Administration, Andrew now also oversees strategy and operations for the company, driving the business planning process and streamlining operations for maximum efficiency as the organisation continues to expand.
Andrew has over 20 years environmental experience, including 17 years at Beveridge Williams. He has directed over 300 Phase 1 and Phase 2 contamination assessments including remediation projects and statutory environmental audit assessments for councils, state government departments and private developers. Andrew has also been a serving member of the ACLCA Executive Committee (Victorian Chapter) and has provided evidence as an expert witness.
Anthony is a Registered Land Surveyor with over 30 years' experience and is active in various surveying and development forums. Anthony is a PM of multiple land and property developments, whilst also managing the integration and standardisation of our NSW systems.

With a focus on achieving great outcomes for clients and enhancing the urban form, Bernard has had an extensive career across local and regional government, within not-for-profit agencies and large corporations - focussing the last 20 years in consulting, and land development in particular. His experience lies in statutory and strategic planning, community consultation, policy development and project management. Bernard is responsible for the Design and Strategy division of Beveridge Williams, which includes Town Planning, Urban Design, Traffic and Transport and the Landscape Architecture teams in Darwin, Sydney and Melbourne. He continues to assist long term clients on projects and provides due diligence and advisory support to a broad client base.
Bernard's background is in statutory and strategic planning, community consultation, policy development and project management and he has over 25 years' experience in these areas. Bernard's clients can range from industry leaders to local landowners. He advises on various planning aspects of their projects, represents them to State and Local Government and helps them achieve their project goals.

Bruce is a Licensed Surveyor with more than 25 years experience and joined Beveridge Williams in 1998.
Bruce currently manages the Traralgon and Warragul offices delivering services to diverse clients such as Loy Yang Power, VicRoads, Land Victoria, local government and private clients and developers. Bruce is renowned for his knowledge of the land development and infrastructure industries in the Gippsland region.
Chris is a customer focussed and results driven Principal Planner with strong communication skills and technical ability. He has twenty-two years of experience in private, state and local government sectors across both Victoria and Western Australia. He is skilled in multi-lot subdivision, commercial, industrial, rural & residential land use and development as well as land rezoning. These skills are applied across Central and East Gippsland in a wide range of projects.
David is a Senior Surveyor with over 30 years experience in Mining and Engineering Surveys. David has been responsible for delivering surveying services to AGL Loy Yang for the past 23 years.
David is a Senior Registered Land Surveyor and is experienced in residential, commercial and industrial property surveys and subdivisions, and oversees and co-ordinates our Miranda survey team. David's active involvement in the field sees assignments ranging from large-scale construction and subdivisions to survey work for individual residential clients.

Donna is a CPA with over 20+ years' experience working in the public sector. The last 9 years of her career include extensive knowledge of growth area implementation, land development and expertise in Development Contribution Plans (DCP) management. Directly involved in project management and prioritisation of major DCP infrastructure delivery. Also the Established Councils' project lead in the Regional DCP Toolkit project partnering with the VPA.

Grant has been a Director of Beveridge Williams since 1999 and the sole Managing Director since 2013. He has built strong relationships with staff, clients and authorities as well as having extensive experience in urban development.
Grant has been the Project Director for several award-winning projects and is always looking for better ways to add value and to enhance a project for our clients. He is involved in many industry groups, is an active member of the CEO Institute and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Grant's passion is in customer service and in optimising outcomes through collaborative relationships.

Jackson is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with many years of experience in land development and infrastructure projects across Victoria. His initial engineering experience within Beveridge Williams has been in the Gippsland region, working in design, construction management and project management.
After relocating to the Ballarat office in 2016, Jackson become Manager of the Western Victoria region, focussing on client satisfaction, delivering the highest service levels and building staff capabilities. He has played a fundamental role in the expansion of the business across this region and provides leadership input into the organisation as a member of the Senior Management Team.
Jamie is a Senior Candidate Surveyor, specialising in complex Cadastral, Strata and Construction/Engineering surveys. With over 17 years of surveying experience, Jamie brings a wide range of skill sets to all his projects including developed leadership capabilities. Jamie manages the day-to-day running of the Sydney office.
Jamie is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 10 years post graduate experience in a range of civil engineering projects, with key experience in investigation, design and site works supervision for a range of civil projects.
Jamie is proficient in 12d design for residential estates, lot benching and major intersections.
Jan is a long-term employee, having commenced with the company over 11 years ago in the Engineering Department. Shortly after joining, her role was split to include working with the newly created Human Resources department, thereafter, moving fulltime into HR.
Before joining BW Jan worked in Sydney for a number of years with a public company in the position of Executive Assistant reporting to the General Counsel and Board of Directors. It was while working for the General Counsel she was involved with the operations of the HR department becoming interested in recruitment, staffing, employee relations, compliance and benefits.
Jeff has been involved in the land development industry for 30 years. He has a vast range of experience in design on projects of varying size and scope.
Joey is a Senior Town Planner who started in the private sector after working as a statutory planner in local government. At Beveridge Williams, Joey continues to work on a range of statutory and strategic planning projects.

Kellie is qualified Surveyor and Registered Planner with a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Studies. Her 26 years' experience in the development industry is diverse and her surveying background supports a common-sense approach to land development solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations.
Her leadership is instrumental in the growth of Beveridge Williams in NSW, overseeing a team over 125 employees and expanding the service offering across this state. Kellie also plays major roles in the surveying profession, including as incoming Chair of the Association of Consulting Surveyors NSW and a mentor for the future generations of surveyors.
Kellie is qualified Surveyor and Registered Planner with a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Studies.
Kellie has a passion for sustainable land development. She takes a holistic view of the process, considering the economic, social and environmental needs and implications of every project from inception through to completion. Her 22 years experience in the development industry is diverse and her surveying background supports a common sense approach to land development solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations. Kellie is a mentor for the Consulting Surveyors NSW and Board of Surveying and Spatial Information town planning workshops, mentoring surveying candidates through the registration process. She is the Consulting Surveyors NSW first female Board member and currently holds the position of Treasurer.

Mark, a Registered Surveyor who joined Beveridge Williams in 2021, manages the NSW Surveying division of Beveridge Williams. Mark has over 36 years' experience in Sydney and NSW development and ran his own company for 20 years. Mark is a former Board member and past President of Consulting Surveyors NSW and is currently Chairman of the association of Consulting Surveyors Insurance Society (ACSIS).

Matthew is accredited with Sydney Water as a Water Servicing Coordinator covering all disciplines. Matthew has been a Water Service Coordinator for over 25 years with experience as a Sydney Water Infrastructure Designer, Supervisor and Project Manager. He has extensive experience in the design of wastewater, pressure sewer systems, potable and recycled water infrastructure for private developer, local government, and NSW RMS for projects of varying complexity and size.
Matt has 14 years experience in the land development industry as a civil engineer, with extensive knowledge in residential land development. His experience and skills, as well as continuing development, have allowed Matt to hold relationships and work with key personnel within the South and West Gippsland Region.
Matthew has over 15 years experience in the public and private sectors in delivery of Civil Engineering projects. He has an extensive background in residential developments, their integration into the existing surrounds and design of the upgrade of existing public infrastructure. Matthew has expertise in a wide range of areas and broad knowledge of industry related technical detail and design software packages.

Peter joined Beveridge Williams as a graduate surveyor in Leongatha in 1981. Peter has been a part of the company's management team and a Director for over 30 years.

Simon currently manages the Sale and Bairnsdale offices.
Sonya is a qualified Civil Engineer and Manager with over 15 years of experience. In her career she has been fortunate to work on innovative and complex urban development projects in the UK, New Zealand, Pacific Islands and Australia in various engineering roles working with organisations ranging from engineering consultancies, non-for-profits and United Nations. Sonya currently sits on the Urban Development Institute of Australia NSW Committee and is passionate about STEM, engineering innovations, and emulating nature's technology in engineering designs.
Steven has 30 years of experience in contract and project management for land development projects and local government. Steven has managed projects including Road and Drainage construction management from inception through to final completion of the project along with liaising with all authorities, consultants and clients.

Tiffany started with Beveridge Williams in July 2009 as a Financial Accountant and was promoted to her current role of Financial Controller in March 2011.
Tiffany gained her experience from working for both private and listed companies in Australia. She is responsible for the company's financial management and reporting, relevant statutory compliance, tax and payroll. She also provides strategic financial advice for the company in areas such as mergers and acquisitions.
William is a Senior Urban Designer and the team leader. He has experience in land surveying, landscape architecture and town planning. His recent work has involved master planning large and complex sites within multiple councils throughout Victoria. William has been focusing on delivering highly commercial designs through housing products, efficient road networks and street design.
As a Senior Engineer, Zhao brings many years of consulting experience in water resources, hydrology, hydraulics, flood modelling, water sensitive urban design and road design. She has worked on a number of challenging projects with public and private sectors across Australia. Zhao's strong technical knowledge includes drainage design, stormwater water quality improvement, flood studies, floodplain impact assessments, subdivision and road design. Zhao is an accredited Transport for NSW drainage design Engineer.
