BestBSUrentals was started by two Ball State Alumni. We own, rent and manage houses at Ball State. Our goal is for our tenants to have a good relationship with us while renting a house or apartment from us. We are in no affiliation with BSU rentals. We are an entirely different company, and have been since 2005... BestBSUrentals was established in 2005 by Ball State University graduates. We pride ourselves in providing clean, safe, well maintained rental properties and building respectful relationships with our tenants.
