Anastasia T. Reardon

Ms. Reardon has been practicing real estate law for over 25 years. Ms. Reardon is admitted to the Bar in the States of New York, Connecticut and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Reardon has completed several thousand residential closings including single-family dwellings, condominiums and cooperative apartments. Single-family transactions have included large subdivisions of newly constructed homes for major regional and national developers throughout Westchester, Putnam, Duchess, and Rockland Counties. Cooperative apartments and condominium transactions have been comprised of closings in Westchester County as well as new luxury condominiums in New York City for major developer/Sponsor sales. Ms. Reardon also has experience handling commercial leasing and transactions of multi-family apartment buildings, stores, restaurants/bars and strip malls, as well as land use and zoning matters.

Brett A. Feinberg

Brett A. Feinberg, a paralegal at the firm, has over 15 years of administrative experience working with a wide variety of clients. Prior to joining Betensky Law, she served as an Administrative Assistant in the wealth management field. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts from Long Island University, where she graduated cum laude. Brett is passionate about making sure our clients receive the best possible legal representation.

Stephen J. Stringer

Stephen Stringer is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad College of Law and he is licensed in New York and New Jersey. To date Mr. Stringer has handled legal matters primarily related to land use, real estate development, condominiums, Homeowner Associations, residential real estate transactions and Estate Planning. Mr. Stringer resides in New Jersey and enjoys spending time with his dog and riding horses.
