Job Titles:
- Virtual and Interior Design Manager
Fadi is originally from Damascus, Syria and obtained his bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and Design. After relocating to the US with his family, Fadi took on roles as interior designer and design job captain in the commercial and residential design industry. Besides his space planning and finish selection skills, Fadi has become adept at developing incredibly life-like renderings and 3d virtual tours. Fadi has led our push into 3d technology by utilizing software to create 3d photo tours allowing complete 360-degree navigation and zoom capabilities throughout existing and completed spaces. Fadi was a former Judo competitor and in his spare time he likes to spend time with his family and new dog.
Jeff is the fourth-generation owner of Bingham Construction and over 30-year veteran of the construction industry. A native of Southern California, and a graduate of UCLA, Jeff got his start right out of college working on large heavy civil projects including the Toyota Arizona Proving Grounds outside of Phoenix, AZ and the San Joaquin Tollroad in Orange County, CA. Moving into the building industry in the late 1990's, Jeff worked on some of the more prominent projects in San Diego, CA during that time including the renovation of the El Cortez. In 2008, Jeff decided to carry on in the footsteps of his forefathers and bring Bingham Construction back to life.

John is a 40-year veteran of the construction industry, starting in the field as a carpenter and working his way up through the ranks of project supervision. John was born and raised in Hawaii and has lived most of his life in the San Diego area. Prior to joining Bingham Construction in 2010, John supervised many large and influential projects in the Southern California market. John is responsible for overseeing all of Bingham Construction's superintendents, managing the company's safety program, and ensuring that our projects exceed our client's expectations for quality. In his spare time, John is an avid golfer, fisherman, and landscaper.

Kristin grew up in a small town in Southeastern Ohio and spent a good part of her career in the industrial manufacturing and power generation fields. After relocating permanently to California in 2006, Kristin joined Bingham Construction in 2008 and served many roles during that time including project administrator, project manager, superintendent, estimator, business development and IT. Currently, Kristin leads our in-house design and construction management projects. She is also the primary stakeholder in the residential side of the business, Bingham Construction Management. Neil is a 25-year veteran of the construction industry and started in the industry by founding his own company that designed, fabricated and installed custom millwork. After relocating to San Diego, he moved into commercial construction and has been with Bingham Construction since 2014, starting as a project superintendent, and working his way up to project manager. Neil is a native Southern Californian and graduate of the Devry Institute of Technology. As a project manager, Neil has managed some of Bingham Construction's larger and more complex projects such as the installation of a 600kW generator in a functioning fulfillment center, the design-build of an OSHPD Level 1 air conditioning replacement at a skilled nursing facility, and multi-phased medical and office tenant improvements. Neil is an auto racing afficionado and in his spare time builds and competitively races auto cross cars.
