John launched Blackfin in 2006 to serve property managers and owners by recruiting and developing building engineers to operate and maintain commercial buildings. John's background in architectural engineering and operating buildings for a Fortune 100 company gave him insight into operations, maintenance and how impactful expense control enhances building value.

Justin began as our engineer in the Tallahassee VA clinic in 2016 and began applying his experience working with complex building systems, the VA and Joint Commission company-wide to support Blackfin building engineers across the company. Justin's attention to detail and focus on quality is a crucial role to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.
