BIX was founded in 1930 by Max Bix in Austin, Minnesota with a single truck. Their simple philosophy of only offering the finest quality product delivered to customers on their schedule continues to serve as our foundation. Randy Wilcox purchased BIX from Sam Bix in 1980, acquired Beckman Produce in September 1997 and merged both operations into a brand new 58,000 square foot facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota...
