Aimable Malaala is the Head of Compliance, Litigations. His main duty is to ensure that the Bank complies with National laws and Regulations and international best practices in Banking. As the Head of litigations department he manages all litigations for and against the bank and liaises with all Judicial and Para-Judicial institutions in matters concerning the law.
He brings vast experience to the Bank in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Arbitration, Insolvency Administration and Receivership, Energy and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Bank of Kigali, he was a Principal State Attorney and Head of Civil Litigation Department at the Ministry of Justice/Office of the Attorney General where represented the Government of Rwanda in different cases at national, regional and international courts and also advised the Government of Rwanda on numerous projects in Energy, Infrastructure and Finance. He was part of the team of legal experts negotiating Political federation of the East African Community.
He served for 8 years as a member of Government Commission in charge of settling disputes against the Government out of court. Aimable holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the National University of Rwanda 2005, a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Human Rights from Utrecht University (The Netherlands) 2007, Master of Laws (LLM) International Business Law from University of Liverpool (United Kingdom) 2011, a Post Graduate Diploma in international environmental Law (UNITAR) and holds a diploma Legal practice from Institute of Legal Practice and Development.
Aimable is certified Anti- Money Laundering specialist (CAMS) He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association & the East African Law Society, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a qualified Adjudicator under Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration.
Since February 2023, BIZIMANA has been serving as the Head of the Agribusiness department within the Commercial Division.
Mr. Alexis is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Agribusiness department, aligning his efforts with the approved Agribusiness Strategy.
With over 13 years of expertise in Agricultural Finance, Mr. Alexis has worked with various public, private, and development institutions, gaining valuable experience in areas such as the Bank's Business, Sales Management, Leadership, and Client Relationship Management.
Mr. Alexis has been employed at the Bank since 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Manager - Agribusiness within the Commercial Division.
His educational background includes a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Kigali and a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics from IBN Khaldun University (Algeria), specializing in Engineering. Additionally, he holds a certification as an Expert in Agriculture Finance from Frankfurt School (Germany).
Angela Wamola Wabosha has 20 years of business leadership experience in digital transformation environments having built a reputation for oversight in the adaption of new technologies that lend towards operational sustainability and innovative strategic thinking.
She is an accomplished and resourceful professional with extensive experience in managing public affairs, developing and strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and advocating for policy reform in diverse issue areas.
A leader, well trained in high performance teams, she is currently the Head of Sub Saharan Africa at the GSMA, a trade body that represents the interests of 800+ mobile operators worldwide and stakeholders in the wider ecosystem.
Prior to that, she served in various capacities at Safaricom PLC and remains committed to digital & gender inclusion, particularly in the domain of connecting the unconnected, and the advancement and acceleration of a digital African continent

Arlette Munezero Wiclef is Bank of Kigali's Head of Information Technology. She has over 13 years of experience in Information Technology of which 6 in IT leadership roles.
She has a record of accomplishment in Strategy and IT Operations Management, Project Management, Systems Deployment and Policy Development.
Prior to joining Bank of Kigali Plc, Ms. Arlette was the Deputy Commissioner for Information Technology and Information Systems of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) and she has played a key role in its digital transformation journey. Bonaventure is the Chief Credit Officer at Bank of Kigali Plc. He has vast knowledge and experience in credit risk, financial and bank treasury management with over 10 years of banking experience, having worked as Credit Administration Manager at Guaranty Trust Bank (Rwanda) Ltd, and Domestic Bank Credit Risk Manager, Asset and Liability Manager (ALM) and Foreign Exchange Trader in Ecobank Rwanda. Bonaventure, who is fluent in English, French, Swahili and Kinyarwanda, holds an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma Christian University and holds a first class Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics from the National University of Rwanda. He also holds an International Diploma in Banking Profession from the Institut Technique de Banque (ITB), Groupe CFPB-L'Ecole supérieure de la banque, France.
As Chief Credit Officer, Bonaventure is responsible for implementation of the Bank's lending strategy, managing the loan book toward a high-quality credit portfolio, and ensuring compliance with all credit-related laws, regulations and directives. He leads the Credit Division in its essential duties of credit analysis and due diligence, credit documentation, loan monitoring, credit analytics and reporting, and loan recovery.
Charles is the Head of Treasury at Bank of Kigali Plc, ACI Certified, he is responsible for the Bank's assets and liabilities management, liquidity, funding and foreign exchange transactions.
Charles has 18 Years banking experience mainly in Treasury and Branch operations. Prior joining Bank of Kigali, he worked with I&M Bank Rwanda and KCB Bank Rwanda LTD in different Treasury positions.
He holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Mount Kenya University and a Bachelor in Management from Université Libre de Kigali.
China Fauzia is currently the Head of Credit Risk at Bank of Kigali Plc. Before taking up the new role, she was a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking unit.

Diane is Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Kigali. Since she joined in 2016, Diane has steered the bank through a digital transformation journey with aspirations to increase customer satisfaction, improve profitability and drive retail and SME customer acquisition.
Diane has also driven the expansion of the BK Group business into General Insurance, Investment Banking and Technology to respond to growing needs of the market and diversify sources of income for the company. Under her leadership, BK Group became the first home grown company with a balance sheet valued at over USD 1 billion.
Prior to joining Bank of Kigali, Diane served as the Head of Strategy and Policy and Chief Economist at the Office of the President. Diane earned her bachelor's degree in Econometrics and PhD in Economics from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland. Her research areas mainly concentrated on Risk Modeling and Measurement.
While in Switzerland, she worked as a Fixed Income Portfolio Engineer at Credit Suisse in Zurich and taught Statistics at the University of Fribourg, before moving back to Rwanda in 2009.
Eugene Ubalijoro is a Rwandan national with more than 30-year professional experience in the beverage industry which started in Rwanda. During that time, he worked for Heineken International in various commercial and general management capacities in Sub Sahara Africa, Europe and the Americas. He also served in Heineken boards and Joint Ventures in Sierra Leone, Panama, The Bahamas, St Lucia, Costa Rica, Jamaica and Suriname.
In August 2020, Eugene joined Molson Coors Beverage Company, a leading North American brewer based in Chicago and is now a member of its USA Leadership Team, as Central Region Vice President based in Dallas, Texas. He is currently a Board Director at Revolver Brewery, a subsidiary of Molson Coors Beverage Company, in Granbury, Texas.

In this contract, the consultant was responsible for conducting a market analysis and traffic study, business and financial modeling, technical designs and project implementation strategy, evaluation of the regulatory framework, conducting the impact assessment, environmental analysis, and preparation of procurement documents.
She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration/Strategic Management Practices and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa as well as Bachelors' degree in Business Administration/Finance from Kigali Institute of Science, Technology, and Management-KIST.
Mami has more than fifteen years of experience in Human Resources. She started her HR career in the energy sector (Electrogaz) in 2005.
She started with the banking sector in 2007 where she worked with Access Bank Rwanda SA for 4 years as Country Human Resources Manager.
Her areas of expertise are change management, company reorganization and structure definition, performance management, skills audit, compensation and benefit, talent management and manpower planning, policies and procedures definition and alignment.
Mami went back in the Banking sector in 2014 when she joined Guaranty Trust Bank (Rwanda) Plc as a Country Head of Human Resources; she had to drive the change management journey and played a strategic role during the Bank's integration process. Mr. Gedeon has served the bank in various managerial positions including Ag. Head of Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary, Senior Legal Manager & Subsidiaries Corporate Counsel and HR Manager.
Mr. Gedeon has an experience of over 12 years in Banking. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) specialized in Commercial Law with great acquaintance in Contract Law, Investment Law, Labour Law, International Trade Law, International Arbitration, International Economic Law, Banking Law, and Competition Law. Prior his appointment, Mr. RugemanshUro was the Chief Digital Officer of Bank of Kigali PLC where he oversaw and led the Digital Transformation of Bank of Kigali Plc; a position he took after serving as the first Chief Executive Officer of BK TecHouse, the Tech subsidiary of Bank of Kigali Group Plc, where his work and the company's achievements in the two years he spent there earned him the 2018 All Africa Business Leaders Award (AABLA) as Finalist for East Africa Innovator of the Year. Under his leadership, BK TecHouse was voted and awarded the 2017 Best Technology Company in Rwanda by the Smart Service Awards. Prior to joining BK Group Plc, Mr. Rugemanshuro spent his career in the United States consulting for the global Tech giants such as Hewlett Packard (HP) as a Program Manager and later with Accenture PLC in Seattle, Washington. During his time there, his main clients included Microsoft and T-Mobile.

Noella M. Mupole Joined Bank of Kigali in January 2020 leading the ERP project implementation under the Aheza Transformation Program. She is now the Deputy Program Director of Aheza Transformation Program.

Prior to joining Bank of Kigali, Odette worked at Banque Commerciale du Rwanda (Current I&M Bank) for 6 years respectively as Operations, Credit and IT Manager in charge of core banking system monitoring.
Since joining Bank of Kigali as Business Development Manager in IT Department, she successively changed roles to Internal Control Manager then to the current Head of Internal Control in Risk Management Division.
