BRIAN WOOD

Brian Wood has worked for Bob Hull, Inc. since June of 1999 and does almost all of its rock boring. He has yet to walk away from a bore that BHI couldn't do. From time to time, you will see him operating a plow also. His work ethic is second to none. Woody is a shop foreman during our slow time.

JAN STRATHMAN

  • SECRETARY
Jan came to work for Bob Hull, Inc. in 2010. She was hired as a secretary and her role has expanded to corporate secretary. She is still the friendly voice you hear every time you call the office. Her role has changed significantly since she started, and she is a very important part of our team. She works alongside Matt and takes care of the payroll, AP/AR accounts, as well as many other responsibilities.

KENNY AUBERT - VP

  • VICE PRESIDENT
Kenneth Aubert graduated from Beloit Vo-Tech with a degree in Heavy Equipment Operation. He has been employed with Bob Hull, Inc. since August of 1996. He's been a supervisor in numerous projects and has proven himself as a team leader. Kenneth is wise in knowledge when it comes to operating equipment. Kenneth is a solid member of the BHI team and is ready for any challenge that may be presented to him. Kenneth became a partner in 2009 and Vice-President in 2012. A utility contractor is not made overnight. It takes long hours and several years of experience. You must learn this business hands on. With Matt and Kenny at the top the company is in great hands.

Matthew L. Wells - President

  • PRESIDENT
The first of the management team is Matthew L. Wells. Matthew is a 1995 Fort Hays State University graduate with a BS in Business Administration. He started out working for BHI during the summers while attending college. Matthew has worked full-time for BHI since June of 1999. He is the current president of the corporation and is also the general manager. Matthew has several areas to look after such as bid proposals, coordinating multiple construction projects, and HR. Matthew became a partner in 2006 and President in 2023.
