Founded in 2008 as a sole proprietorship, BlueQuartz Software began the architectural design and development of the initial software libraries, and user interfaces, that took advantage of the emerging 3D tools and analysis methods. That initial software evolved to become DREAM.3D, the EMMPM Workbench, and their associated software libraries. In January of 2014, BlueQuartz Software, LLC was formed and the company has expanded both its staff and its line of software platforms, as well as their capabilities since that time... The BlueQuartz team of expert computer science and materials engineers works closely with our customers, users, and collaborators, to produce community-deployed or custom user-optimized software plugins, for solving materials analysis, representation, and modeling and simulation challenges.
