BMD Workbench, Inc. is a furniture restoration business located in Tiffin, Ohio. We are also a distributor of a variety of supplies used in furniture refinishing and restoration. We sell removers, finishes, abrasives and reproduction hardware as well as numerous other products needed to completely refinish and restore your furniture. We also offer designing and building of artistic, custom furniture... BMD Workbench started in 1981 in an 800 square foot building as a furniture restoration business. In 1983, we began to distribute paint and varnish removers and supplies, adding finishes and finish supplies to the business in 1984... In 1985, we outgrew our location and moved to a 4100 square foot building at our current location of 2166 S. St. Rt. 231. With this move, we added reproduction hardware to the distribution business.
