Alessandro Zappia

Alessandro graduated in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Padua, and currently covers the role of Software Designer at Bluewind. He has more than 10 years of developing experience on embedded systems firmware. He has also worked with Linux systems (BSP) and graphic libraries (such as QT for desktop and embedded projects). He defines himself as a hard-worker, open to challenges and curious and willing to expand his own knowledge. In his free time he enjoys taking long walks, riding bikes, reading novels and going dancing.

Alessio Zambon

Alessio is an experienced embedded software developer on 8, 16 and 32 bit platforms. He attained his Master of Telecommunications Engineering Degree from the University of Padua in 2007 and joined Bluewind the same year. As part of his responsibilities he now supervises technical support activities for the Infineon Aurix technology and manages distribution in Italy of High-Tec safety-oriented toolchains and software libraries. He is experienced in wireless applications based on cellular, GNSS and short-range radio modules. Alessio has always been actively involved in social associations.

Anna Bonaldo

Davide Ceccon

Davide was awarded a degree in Information Technology at the University of Padua. After graduation he start working on embedded devices using Real Time Operating Systems like [RT]Linux. During the following years he maintained a curiosity about new technologies and projects to be developed. He never really ended studying and he doesn't miss any opportunity to follow courses in order to improve his knowledge. His recent achievements relate to Machine Learning and Cryptology. Outside his work at Bluewind Davide proudly enjoys living and working in a farm, and practices archery.

Matteo Bosco

Matteo received an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Padua. He has 13 years of developing experience in embedded systems firmware, diagnostics and product testing, having worked on GPS/GPRS localizers, radio communication equipment, vending machines, lighting systems and more. He is considered hard-working, reliable and diligent. He is friendly and sociable, so he feels comfortable working in team. In his spare time, he loves reading thriller books, playing soccer, repairing electronic devices and enjoying himself with his family.

Stefano Costa

  • Founding Partner at Bluewind, Stefano Is Now Director of Engineering
A founding partner at Bluewind, Stefano is now Director of Engineering. After being awarded a Master's Degree in Engineering at the University of Padua he started developing the software and digital architectures of telecommunication and industrial products in a private company, managing the Digital Development group before leaving and founding Bluewind. His professional interests range from embedded software development cycle and quality to lessons learned from the Agile team building practices. At Bluewind is currently responsible for researching and coaching the adoption of any relevant technology that gives advantages to the team and to the business. He likes travelling, mountaineering and sailing. In his home town he is a member of an association that organizes cultural events while trying to keep people informed about problems and opportunities of the present time.

Tobia Fiorese

Tobia holds a Master Degree in Computer Engineering gained from the University of Padova in November 2020. During his academic path, Tobia had the opportunity to join several internship projects gaining practical experience in different IT fields, from bioinformatics to multimodal environments, maintaining the focus on applying to them the most recent Machine Learning techniques. He joined Bluewind after discussing his thesis, developed in collaboration with the company itself, where he tested the use of Generative Adversarial Networks on an Intrusion Detection System for CAN bus. Tobia is passionate about music and movies. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar and take long walks.
