Started as a vision by founders, Joe Morris and Lynn Vaughn, Bank of Commerce opened in a rented office facility on Main Street in Duncan, Oklahoma in November 1998 as a branch of NBC Bank. On December 16, 2002, Bank of Commerce, owned by Commerce Bancorp, Inc, was issued its state charter by the Oklahoma State Banking Department... Our management, directors and staff are committed to providing quality banking services that fulfill or exceed customer expectations.
