Attorney Noonan

Attorney Noonan is a leader in the regional legal community and was elected by his peers to serve a three year term on the Board of Directors of the Westmoreland County Bar Association. More recently, he served as a zone Delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates. Patrick has developed meaningful and lasting professional relationships with the judiciary, law firms, attorneys, and business leaders throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Corey J. Sacca

Corey Sacca has been helping clients since 2009. He has experience in bankruptcy, tax, family and civil legal matters. He has assisted clients in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcies and has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in each year since 2012. Corey understands that your legal issues cause stress; especially when dealing with issues involving your children, family, debt or taxes. He works hard to resolve your legal matters as quickly and as cost- effectively as possible. Corey graduated from Latrobe High School. After high school, he attended Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA where he majored in Political Science. Corey went on to graduate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and shortly thereafter joined Bononi & Company, P.C. Corey serves as solicitor for Overly's Country Christmas. He is also an active member of the Westmoreland Bar Association and is a member of both the Bankruptcy and Family Law subcommittees. Corey is married to his wife Shannon, who he met in law school. They live in Murrysville together with their two daughters.

Elizabeth J. McCall

Elizabeth McCall has been with Bononi & Company since 2004. Previously, she advocated for abused and neglected children for several years in dependency court and she served as a judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John M. Cascio. In the past, she also served as a Mental Health Hearing Officer for Westmoreland County. Elizabeth grew up in Western Maryland then attended West Virginia Wesleyan College, where she graduated with honors, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in English & Political Science. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Elizabeth, a highly accomplished attorney who focuses on family law, is a key member of Bononi & Company's professional staff. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Westmoreland County Bar Association, in which she is actively involved with the Family Law Committee and serves on the Fee Dispute Committee. She has been admitted to practice in the Western District of Pennsylvania as well as the United States Supreme Court. Elizabeth has taught and moderated at several family law-related Continuing Legal Education courses through the local Bar Association. Elizabeth volunteers as a YMCA Swim Official, as her children have all enjoyed competitive swimming and/or diving. She serves as an officer for her local high school swim team. She spends fall weekends chaperoning for the marching band. She enjoys fundraising for the JDRF to combat Type 1 Diabetes. She also is the Education Committee Chairperson for her church. She previously served on Boards for the Laughlintown Community Center and the Ligonier Township Recreation Board. Elizabeth is married and has three children, of whom she is very proud.

Eric E. Bononi, a founding partner of Bononi & Bononi, P.C., is both a skilled attorney and a distinguished certified public accountant. Offering a full range of tax and accounting services, his comprehensive practice includes tax law, estate planning, corporate law, real estate law and bankruptcy.

Keegan E. Miller

Keegan is a member of the Bononi & Company legal team. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate administration, estate planning, civil litigation, real estate and family law. Keegan graduated from Hempfield Area Senior High School. After high school, she attended St. Bonaventure University, in St. Bonaventure, New York, where she obtained her B.A. in Philosophy, Law and Politics with a minor in Law & Society. Keegan went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During her time with Duquesne Law, Keegan participated in the Youth Advocacy Clinic and the Family Law Clinic, both of which are community-focused pro bono programs with the Tribone Center for Legal Education. Keegan understands each case is unique and the legal issues and choices her clients face are deeply personal, with the ability to greatly impact their lives. Because of this, she takes the time to meet with each client one on one to evaluate and provide the best guidance to meet their specific needs. Keegan serves as the solicitor for Overly's Country Christmas. She is also an active member of the Westmoreland Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Marco F. Sylvania

Marco Sylvania joined Bononi & Company in 2015. His practice focuses on Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Property law matters. Through his legal career, Marco has been recognized for his work as a criminal defense attorney by the National Trial lawyers Association as a "Top 40 Under 40" and by Superlawyers as a "Rising Star." He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum is only extended to attorneys who have obtained a verdict, award, or settlement in the amount of one million dollars or more.

Patrick T. Noonan

Patrick T. Noonan is Of Counsel to the firm and a seasoned attorney having in excess of thirty years of diverse professional experience, to include prior service as both a Westmoreland County Assistant District Attorney and as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He also served as in-house corporate counsel, and as an executive, for a top ten public research university that is the third largest employer in western Pennsylvania. Patrick's service to his neighbors and community does not end with the private practice of law. He is a volunteer firefighter and first responder with extensive training in emergency response and first aid, vehicle rescue technician, and structure firefighting. Patrick is also an experienced heavy equipment operator, serving local farmers and property owners.

Shannon D. Sacca

Shannon D. Sacca's practice focuses on all aspects of matrimonial law including, divorce, custody, support matters, protection from abuse, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, enforcement proceedings and adoptions, and gestational carrier contract drafting and negotiation. Shannon also handles name changes of all types including, adult and minor name changes, and transgender, gender non-conforming, and nonbinary name changes. Shannon understands that your legal matters cause stress, especially when dealing with issues involving your children and family. She works diligently to resolve your legal matters as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible. Shannon's goal is to reach an amicable resolution of all matters when possible. Her compassionate demeanor puts her clients at ease during the course of a case. However, she will aggressively protect her clients' rights at all stages, in the event peaceful resolution is not feasible. Shannon has been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyer "Rising Star" List in the area of Family Law. She is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, and Westmoreland County Bar Association. She served as a member of the ACBA Family Law Section's Council and as Co-Chair of the Section's Social Committee. Shannon is a 2010 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton (B.A. 2007). She resides in Murrysville, Pennsylvania with her husband, Corey, and their two daughters.
