April believes that an upbeat attitude is the best way to keep an office on an even keel. That, plus making sure everyone has their coffee!
In her free time, April likes to root for her favorite teams - the Red Sox and Notre Dame - or kick back and listen to music. She's also the Trivia Queen in her household! But she says her favorite activities are simply anything and everything she does with her two young sons.

Two fun facts about Ashley: she's the biggest Chicago Bears fan at Bounce, and she's also a big fan of going barefoot! Ashley has a competitive spirit: she loves the thrill of saving the day for a customer, and she feeds off the adrenaline of working at a super-fast pace.
When Sundays roll around during football season, Ashley always makes time for her favorite team … sometimes from a tailgate in the shadows of Soldier Field. But nothing compares to her daughter Lily, who was welcomed into the family in 2012. Don't be surprised if she shows off the latest photo of her pride and joy!
Cindy is constantly on the phone talking to drivers, dispatchers and anyone else who can give her an update on a load. We're not quite sure how she does it, but she gets results: times, dates, addresses, signatures, and everything else our customers need to know about the timely delivery of their shipments. When Cindy isn't on the job at Bounce, you'll find her on the home front, spending time with her family. After all those phone conversations, it's no surprise she likes her quiet time - working in her garden or reading peacefully on the porch. Email Cindy: Cindy.Granger@bouncelogistics.com
To Crystal, a great attitude is everything. Her determination benefits every customer that comes her way - and once they see what Crystal can achieve, they come back again. "It makes me proud to know I've gone above and beyond to find solutions," she says. "That's a big reason why I find logistics so rewarding."
Outside of work, Crystal is all about staying active with family and friends. She likes to take walks with her husband, bowl, camp out, shoot hoops and sing (her hidden talent!). She's also a diehard baseball fan, and met her favorite player, J.D. Martinez, when he was with the Detroit Tigers. Another winning moment for Crystal, with a dugout snapshot to prove it!
When asked to describe herself, Hailey nails it: funny, determined and caring. She's a "people person" who takes it one step further - working with each customer to make sure she establishes trust. The fast pace at Bounce is perfect for Hailey, who was a lead quality technician in the plastics industry and a certified nursing assistant prior to joining Bounce Logistics.
Hailey likes to keep active when she's not at work. She's hiked parts of the Ridge-and-Valley Appalachian Mountains, and enjoys kayaking, running and soccer. Sometimes a summer day calls for a slower pace: walking dogs Zeke, Baxter and Lola, then grilling outdoors with her wife before finishing the night with a bonfire.
Jennifer loves hearing that a customer is happy with the service she provides. She's been working in the logistics industry for years, having held positions in freight forwarding, manufacturing and the airline business before joining Bounce. There isn't a challenge she hasn't seen - or solved. When she's not on the job, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her "100% Italian" mother. She also loves sports, especially when the Cubs put a W on the scoreboard. Jennifer is a volunteer with Reins of Life, an organization that provides therapeutic horseback riding for autistic and special needs children. Email Jennifer: Jennifer.Wiesjahn@bouncelogistics.com

Every team needs a character, and Jeremy is ours. He keeps himself humming along in high gear with Mountain Dew and a great sense of humor, but there's much more to him than that. Jeremy is always ready to pitch in and help - and that makes him an asset to our customers.
If a load is in danger of falling behind schedule, Jeremy takes care of it with a smile. If a carrier is hard to find, he makes it look easy. Stress? No problem - in fact, the only thing that Jeremy enjoys more than getting someone out of a jam is ripping on his trusty Les Paul guitar!
Jonathon is constantly on the go - he's a very energetic person who gears up when the sun goes down. A college student by day, Jonathon is already a pro at finding carriers for his customers in the evening hours, when a surprising amount of loads get covered. Even with commitments day and night, Jonathan still manages to squeeze in some time for R&R. That's when you'll find him snowmobiling, lifting weights, remodeling his house, or spending quality time with his wife. Email Jonathon: Jonathon.Yasko@bouncelogistics.com
Kayla thrives at being hands-on as often as possible, whether it's booking truck capacity or sharing an adventure with her children. She was working in manufacturing sales when she decided she wanted a change, and now Bounce Logistics customers are getting the benefit: she's responsive, tenacious, caring and a little goofy (in a good way!).
Kayla loves to create positive experiences for others. One memorable occasion was a road trip to Alabama and Florida - the first time her son and daughter had seen the ocean. Kayla also has two sisters, a brother, three nieces and two nephews, giving her plenty of reasons to list "time spent with family" as her favorite leisure activity.
- Sales and Operations Manager
Kim has a lot of moving parts to her job - training, mentoring, reporting, business development - so it's no surprise that she sums up her role this way: "Honestly, everything!" She's a 13-year logistics veteran who loves to keep things moving as part of the Bounce Logistics family.
Kim and her husband keep busy with three children, renovation work and gardening. She loves to travel and wants to visit every US state with her children someday. While Kim jokes that she has no hidden talents, we think her not-so-hidden-talent is obvious - empathy - on the job, at home and in her volunteer work with youth programs.
Kim has some serious customer service skills. She discovered that when she took her first job in logistics fresh out of school, and it's served her well ever since. If a shipment hits a snag, Kim always sees the solution as being within her control. Her customer care motto is simply "Make it happen."
In her off-work hours, Kim likes to keep just as busy. She hikes in the Smokey Mountains, kicks back at country music concerts and enjoys photography. Her caring attitude extends to all living creatures: she volunteers to transport rescue dogs and is a bird whisperer to her "boys" - four exotic parrots that range from 15 to 35 years old!
Lad's one of the most positive and gregarious people you'll ever meet. He loves interacting with people to find out what makes them tick, and enjoys traveling the country for Bounce. If Lad can make you happy, then he's happy - and if you need logistics services, he'll always find a way to make you smile.
When he's not running around the country shaking hands and cracking jokes, Lad loves spending time with his wife, son, and daughter. Whether he's relaxing on a family picnic, playing a game of beach bocce ball, or engaging in a friendly Scrabble battle, Lad's always having a good time and making sure that everyone around him is doing the same.
You could say Lisa's a clock-watcher: nothing makes her happier than finding a truck to cover a load in record time. You can hear a smile in her voice when she gets back to a customer with an ideal solution - in fact, Lisa's big on communication and known for keeping her customers well-informed. She calls it "the gift of gab" - we call it great service!
Lisa enjoys spending time with her family in her free time, which is not as low-key as it sounds! Her sons are into Extreme Sports, and Lisa herself is no couch potato: she enjoys watching BMX freestyle and helping out other BMXers in her community.
One of the first things you'll notice about Lubasi is that he has a clear sense of direction. While earning his degree at Indiana State University, he took courses in logistics and immediately connected with the process. Now he puts it into practice: "It's a great feeling to completely satisfy a customer. They see that they can count on me." Lubasi comes from a close-knit family that enjoys staying active together with sports, days at the beach and Notre Dame football. He's also a video games master and a youth club volunteer. Another memorable moment was bungee jumping - not in Indiana, but on a visit to his family's native Zambia in central Africa! Email Lubasi: Lubasi.Kekelwa@bouncelogistics.com
Marilyn had already spent 19 years working in transportation when she came to Bounce. She's the voice of experience on weekends - someone customers can rely on for updates on their shipments. Marilyn is also one of the most organized people we know, with some pretty impressive results to her credit - like the time she got five loads covered for a customer on a Saturday. When Marilyn isn't pursuing her personal passion of collecting miniature lighthouses (and visiting the real thing), she enjoys spending time with her family: seven children, 15 grandchildren, two great grandchildren and two more on the way … plus four cats, a dog and a rabbit! Email Marilyn: Marilyn.Lippert@bouncelogistics.com
After more than two decades in retail sales and management, Melissa was ready for a new challenge. She found it in logistics. Melissa's approach is to build relationships with everyone involved - customers, drivers and carriers - to ensure the best chance of success. As a result, she gets to say her favorite two words often: "Book it!"
At work or play, one of Melissa's best qualities is her ability to enjoy the moment. She's a talented cook who loves country music, Michigan football and family gatherings around a bonfire. Other favorite R&R moments include watching movies with her daughter and trying new recipes - often with her much-loved beagle, Daisy, by her side.

If you've ever wondered who keeps an eye on your freight after the sun goes down, meet Monica! She understands how important it is to keep her customers informed - and if a shipment hits a snag, she's on it. Monica loves to hear the words "great job" because they mean she faced down a challenge and solved it.
Monica originally worked in the restaurant business and banking after attending Western Michigan University. Self-described as "talkative and outgoing," she finds balance with yoga, reading and meditation as she raises her three children.
Nate is a great example of how our passion for transportation attracts talented people who love keeping freight rolling. Transportation runs four generations deep in Nate's family: his great-grandfather was a truck driver, and his grandfather and father were engineers for the railroad. Now Nate is carrying on the family tradition by making his mark in logistics, where he's quickly developed a reputation as the go-to guy for truck-finding!
For Nate, R&R means playing guitar and spending lots of time outdoors - at least when his favorite sports teams aren't in action. Nate's an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, but when the summer ends you're more likely to hear him shouting, "Go Razorbacks!" - that's when he roots on the teams from his native state of Arkansas.
Nicholas chose to work in logistics because he likes being part of the transportation industry and the way it touches everyone's life. Ask him what motivates him, and his answer is simple: customer satisfaction. One classic moment was when a customer responded to his email without a single word but with an enormous smiley face!
Nicholas has a business background, and has studied e-commerce and Spanish. He enjoys playing golf with his father and participating in competitive Magic tournaments. One of his earlier claims to fame was being able to eat a double cheeseburger in one bite - now, that's what we call 100% effort!
For Rachel, a job well done is a day well spent. She takes a personal interest in every load she handles, and if a roadblock arises she believes in solving it herself. Rachel's philosophy is that - from the customer's viewpoint - a freight movement with challenges should look just as smooth as one with no issues at all. It's the ultimate customer service approach.
Rachel has a lot of outside interests: the beach, the Chicago Bears, reading, fitness, and a "dog daughter" who likes to watch TV. This self-described dog whisperer also enjoys travel, with vacations in Los Angeles and Las Vegas checked off on her list … so far.
A friend told Rick he'd be a good fit for the logistics business, and the rest is history. Rick is a motivated person who never quits, and he takes personal pride in covering difficult loads. He excels at topping customer expectations, in part because he believes so strongly in communication. Highs, lows and in-betweens - if you're a customer of Rick's, he's going to keep you in the know.
At home, Rick enjoys computers and reading, and is active in his church's outreach programs and bible studies. He and his wife have a son he describes as "a proud first grader," but watch your back - he's also a squirt gun aficiondo!
Rob is an industry veteran with over 14 years in transportation and logistics under his belt - including his earlier position as operations manager at Bounce. His experience has taught him that great customer service comes down to one word: team. As Rob puts it, "It's my job to make sure we have the right people in the right positions, all working together to get the job done."
At home, Rob's team is his family. He looks forward to getting outside with his children at the end of the workday or taking a run to unwind. He and his wife share a love of travel and exploring new cultures - like the shark Rob had for dinner on a trip to Mexico. Better to snack on a shark than vice versa!

Scott spent seven years as an operations manager in a service industry before joining Bounce. It gave him a strong business background that helps him connect quickly with customers and their transportation needs. Scott's also a natural problem-solver, which serves him well in the fast-paced logistics business.
In his off-hours, Scott prefers low-key R&R - camping, watching a movie, or just relaxing with his family and a board game. In fact, he once co-founded a company that designed games. Now he satisfies his "fun-and-games" side by helping out with his daughter's Girl Scout Troop!

- Territory Manager - Northeast
Sergio thrives in the fast-moving Northeast, and he loves the dynamic world of logistics. Put those two things together, and you have the perfect environment for a true pro who loves to deliver for his customers. Sergio's all about service, which is why his customers have such confidence in him. They know that he's always there to back them up.
A die-hard Yankees fan, Sergio enjoys all kinds of sports in his free time, as well as reading. He helps out in his community by working with at-risk youths.
Suzanne's responsibilities are mostly in auditing and accounts payable - but if you ask her to describe her work, she'll say, "accommodating people, and helping them get the information they need." She's a veteran of the logistics industry who understands the ins and outs of the business from the customer and carrier sides. That makes her especially easy to deal with on billing matters.
Suzanne's favorite R&R is spending the day with her husband and young daughter at the water park. She also enjoys listening to music, singing and reading - and has gone ziplining to satisfy her adventurous streak! Suzanne's an animal lover who supports her local Human Society with donations of food.
When Todd decided to make a career change, he knew that logistics would give him the kind of high-energy environment where he could thrive. Todd enjoys the challenge of trying to top his personal best with fast quotes and competitive pricing. And here's one more thing that his customers appreciate - they would be the first to say, "let's not forget his winning personality!"
In his spare time, Todd enjoys coaching youth sports and pursuing his favorite pastime: spending time with his wife, watching their two sons play football.
Newspaper publisher, custom homebuilder, Zamboni driver (at Notre Dame!) … if Tom's past experience seems a bit unusual, it's also been unusually valuable. His career path to logistics has led Tom to understand what he enjoys most: fast-paced, meaningful work: "Every day we make a difference for customers."
Tom believes in having an impact in his community as well. He's a lector at his church and past president of two civic organizations. He likes to fish, read and cycle, and has traveled to Italy to experience its culture with his wife. With three children now grown, Tom has more time to indulge his love of music by playing harmonica and guitar.
After spending 20 years in the rail industry, Troy saw logistics as a natural fit. Now he's building a loyal customer base on the trucking side. Troy believes that loyalty is earned through diligence, and he approaches each day with a sense of determination. An added bonus? He works side by side with his son Nate, also an inside sales rep at Bounce.
Troy describes his perfect day as "going to bed at night with no regrets." He's an American history buff who loves trivia and comes from a family with more than 125 combined years of railroad experience. Troy's more competitive pastimes include cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and the Arkansas Razorbacks, and he's active with local charitable organizations in his community.
Tyler isn't shy about saying what he thinks, and what he thinks about logistics is 100% positive. In his words, "I'm proud when I fly past my goals, and it's fun to cover unique loads" - like the sound equipment he moved to keep a famous musician's concert on track. In short, Tyler likes to make a difference.
He also has definite ideas about his perfect day: it starts with making breakfast, kayaking and fishing, followed by a fish fry at the lake house with friends, jet skiing, relaxing at the sandbar with his pontoon boat, then a bonfire and a long, peaceful sleep. Did we mention a hidden talent for carpentry? Tyler does all that and more.
- Pod Leader & Inside Sales
Tyler got his start in logistics when he first worked at his father's truck brokerage firm. Now on the Bounce team, he notes that it's a challenging job to do well, which makes every success a source of pride. Tyler understands that on-time delivery is more than just a slogan to customers. Just ask the manufacturer who's freight he moved at a critical time on a Saturday - Tyler came through and the plant kept running.
Tyler finds a lot of ways to relax in his free time: he plays the drums, enjoys hiking and backpacking, works on computers, takes college courses, spends time at the beach, and plays a mean game of hacky sack!
