Joined our Board of Directors in October 2021. Ms. Gur brings extensive experience in the management of companies. Ms. Gur serves as the CEO of Oz Global B2B, a full-service global B2B agency. She has served as the CEO of TAT, a technology marketing company from 2014 through 2019 and as a director in the public company Maabarot Products Ltd during 2004-2015. From 2013 to 2015, Ms. Gur served as the CEO of Anlit Ltd a company that develops and produces high-quality children's dietary supplements and from 2012-2014 she served as the deputy to the CEO of Altman Health, a provider of dietary supplements. Ms. Gur holds an MA in Organizational Sociology from the Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Bar Ilan University.

joined our Board of Directors in January 2021 and was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Since 2010, Mr. Eldad has been serving as the CEO and CFO of Yamba Group Ltd, an international trading company specializing in consumer electronic products. From 2008 until 2010, Mr. Eldad has served as the CFO at Recoly NV, and from 1995 until 2008 as the CFO at e-SIM Ltd. Mr. Eldad holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (strategic management) from the Hebrew University, an M.A in law from the Bar Ilan University, and a B.A in Economics and Accounting from the Ben Gurion University. The Company's Board has determined that Mr. Eldad is an independent director and a financial expert in accordance with the SEC and Nasdaq rules.

Joined our Board of Directors in June 2015 and was appointed the Chairmen of the Board on November 2019. Mr. Dekel contributes valuable experience in strategic business planning and assisted BOS through the process of preparing its current strategic plan. Mr. Dekel has over 25 years of management and strategic consulting experience for a wide range of business entities in diverse industries. In 1989, Mr. Dekel joined Shaldor Strategy Counseling as an analyst, and from 2002 through 2010 served as Shaldor's CEO and Managing Partner. Mr. Dekel holds a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from Tel-Aviv University.
