Arianna Wallace - CCO

Arianna is our Communications Director, with responsibility for social media and marketing, and business development. Arianna started in the title business as a processor when she was just 17 years old, in the beautiful state of Florida! She moved to the DC Metro Area in 2019, taking a position as a senior processor. Arianna transitioned to her current role shortly thereafter, connecting with agents, loan officers, and investors, and ensuring a smooth transaction for all parties. Arianna enjoys advocating for and growing Brennan Title one closing at a time! A military wife and mother to a little boy, Arianna is always available to chat, and makes sure that clients have a clear line of communication from start to finish!

Daniel Erb

Dan Erb is the Manager and Licensed Settlement Officer in our Ocean Pines, MD, office. After spending a decade in consumer lending, Dan joined Brennan Title in 2021 filling the shoes of long-time manager, Pete McGough, upon his retirement. Together, Pete and Dan have worked extensively to enhance and grow the relationships Brennan has built over the past 20 years with Eastern Shore agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers. Dan is licensed in both Maryland and Delaware, and loves working on and coordinating closings anywhere in the MD - DE coastal region! Real Estate is a family endeavor for Dan and his family - both his wife and his mother- in-law also work in Title!

Dave Edlavitch

David Edlavitch comes to Brennan Title with over 20 years of experience in Real Estate. David began his career as a loan officer in 1995 and has used many of those skills in the lending, foreclosure & title industry since that time. This experience provides Dave a broad overview of all types of nuanced real estate contracts, loans and closings. David also brings years of experience as a "hard money" lender himself, steeped in the evolution of this facet of the business from both the investor and lending side. David has completed thousands of Real Estate closings through the years and always prioritizes creating an informative, positive & enjoyable experience for both the most savvy investor and the first time home-buyer. David is a licensed settlement officer & notary in DC, MD & VA.

Janet Watson

Janet Watson has worked in the title business for over 16 years, and has an incredible ability to solve the hardest problems with the softest touch. Janet enjoys working with clients and strives to make each settlement an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. She is licensed to conduct closings in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Prior to joining the title business, Janet taught elementary school and raised her four children. Outside of work, Janet and her husband enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Jeanette Kelly

Jeanette Kelly is the manager of our Greenbelt office and Licensed Settlement Officer and notary for DC, MD & VA. She has over 25 years' experience in the title business and has been with Brennan Title since 2020. Jeanette has wide range of knowledge in the title industry with special expertise in providing solutions to difficult title residential and commercial transactions. She enjoys working with clients to provide a positive and enjoyable closing experience.

John M. Brennan - CEO, President

John M. Brennan, President of Brennan Title Company, is an attorney, a licensed Real Estate Broker, a former Mortgage Banker, and a licensed Securities Principal. He has been involved in Real Estate closings since 1969, handling thousands of closings. Mr. Brennan established Brennan Title in 1991 to service the Real Estate, Mortgage Banking, and Loan Brokering industries in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. Since that time, he has expanded Brennan Title's services to include Delaware. Brennan Title is approved to handle closings for several National Title Insurance Companies and by all major lenders. Mr. Brennan has dedicated Brennan Title to provide professional yet friendly service to its clients. Having spent many years in all phases of real estate, he knows and understands the importance of maintaining smooth relationships with all parties throughout the settlement process.

Kati Smart serves as the Assistant Operations Manager for Brennan Title. She started working in Real Estate in 2001, moving into the Title world in 2006. Kati uses her experience in all aspects of our business to assist our managers with their day to day operations, making their processes more efficient and effective. She is engaged in marketing and developing new client relationships, expanding our reach and creating new opportunities for the company. Kati has her Title license in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia.

Katie Brennan Grammes

Katie Grammes is responsible for the day to day operations of Brennan Title Company, marshaling our resources to the most productive uses and making sure that Brennan is poised to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients, a fulfilling and rewarding career to our employees, and a healthy financial return to our owners/investors. Katie started her career at Brennan Title Company in 2001 following a career with Columbia Capital Corporation (Alexandria, VA) and their affiliates, a venture capital firm focused in the telecommunications field. Katie graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boston College and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business. Katie is a licensed Title, Life, and Health Insurance Producer in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Lynda Hernandez-Spille

Lynda Hernandez-Spille has been in the Relocation division of Brennan Title Company since 1999, taking the helm as manager in 2004. Lynda currently holds an outstanding performance rating from her clients. Her extensive attention to detail has earned her the respect and trust of her clients as well as her coworkers. Lynda is successful due to the constant and capable support from the Relocation Staff and Management and loves being a part of the Brennan Title Family.

Melinda Hileman

Melinda has been with Brennan Title since 1997, when she started as a settlement processor, and quickly earned her Title Insurance license. Melinda was promoted to Manager, running Brennan Title's Fort Washington office for ten years before transferring to the Prince Frederick office in 2008. Melinda worked in banking for 16 years prior to joining Brennan Title, working at a credit union at all levels of the organization. Her passion is helping people - she enjoys the challenging file, solving problems that would confound the faint of heart. Melinda truly enjoys being a part of the wonderful experience in buyers' lives, as they purchase the home of their dreams.

Rayko Felton started her title career with Brennan Title Company- Relocation Division in August 2003 and has never looked back. She became the Assistant Manager- Operations of the Relocation Division in December 2014. Relocation is her passion and she loves working with Corporate Clients. Renee A. Upton

Renee Upton's 10 years of mortgage loan processor experience added to her 25 years in the title business make for exceptional understanding of the documents and the settlement sheet. More importantly, people matter to her. When Renee' enters the settlement room she brings a professional, caring attitude. She delights in educating people and helping them understand the process, taking time to answer questions and explain documents thoroughly. Renee knows that a home purchase may be a once in a lifetime experience, and that the terminology is new and foreign to some. Renee works to make each transaction as smooth as possible. Sara Bucklew

Sara Bucklew is the manager of our Camp Springs office and a Licensed Settlement Officer. Sara has over 35 years experience in the title business and has been with Brennan Title since 1993. She started out as a Processor and was promoted to Office Manager in 1998. Sara enjoys working with the agents and lenders to make sure closings are done correctly, and on time. She works extensively with Prince Georges County Homeowner Assistance programs, and is wonderful with First Time homebuyers. Sara is licensed to conduct closings in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Sara loves spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.

Susan Chartier

General Counsel to Brennan Title Company since 1994, Susan has been with Brennan Title Company since 1992. She is a graduate of The Catholic University, Columbus School of Law and is licensed to practice law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. In addition to her duties as general counsel, Susan also handles our Commercial Real Estate Division and our 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Corporation, providing the legal knowledge and experience required by these more complicated transactions. Susan has participated in hundreds of commercial and church transactions, and has a unique understanding and ability to work through transactions involving multiple parties & institutions. Susan works closely with real estate agents, banks and commercial lenders, attorneys, investors, churches and other principals for real estate closings in Maryland, Washington, DC and Northern Virginia.

Susan Coakley

Susan Coakley comes to Brennan Title with over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, settlements, title and underwriting. Susan is admitted as an attorney in Maryland and DC and is also a Licensed Title Producer in Maryland and DC. In her spare time Susan enjoys spending time with her daughters and playing trivia.

Terri Walker

Terri Walker joined Brennan Title Company in 2021 and serve as our Controller. She has over 34 years' experience in various parts of the real estate industry, including brokerage, property management and financial management. As such, Terri is thrilled to be working with a family renowned in this industry. A self-proclaimed workaholic, she loves numbers and maintaining balanced books. A native of Southern Maryland, Terri enjoys boating on the Chesapeake with friends, family and Gizmo (her much-loved puppy) when she finds the time!

Vicki Rickett

Vicki Rickett started working in mortgage and title immediately following graduation from the University of Maryland in 1993. A licensed Settlement Agent, Vicki has significant skill and experience processing residential and commercial transactions for individuals, businesses, investors, and first-time homebuyers. Vicki recently re-joined the Brennan family, having worked with us for a number of years in the early 2000's - we are very pleased to have her back where she belongs!
