Alexandrea is a Senior commercial lawyer with over 25 years' experience, both in private practice and in house with international energy companies, leading and advising on commercial, contract negotiation, transactional, and external relations matters as well as providing advice on corporate governance, including company secretarial and Board advisory matters.
In addition to legal qualifications, Alexandrea holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons)(UWA) and a Masters of Arts (University of Warwick) in History of Art. She was also a Visiting Postgraduate Researcher at Harvard Law School in 2007-2008

Andrew Thompson is a Non - Executive Director with a particular interest in health-related not-for-profit governance roles. He is a past Councillor of the WA Division of AICD and a member of the AICD's National Corporate Governance Committee. He has served on the boards of Child & Adolescent Health Service, the RFDS (WA Division), St John Ambulance (WA) and as President of the Western Australian Branches of AMPLA Limited and Petroleum Exploration Society, and as President of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry WA Inc. He was formerly a senior corporate & resources partner with Minter Ellison. He has over 40 years' of business and commercial legal experience working for and advising, leading Australian and international companies.

Professor Liz Davis is head of the Diabetes and Obesity services at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children with adjunct positions at The Telethon Institute for Child Health Research and School of Paediatrics and Child Health at the University of Western Australia. She is a paediatric endocrinologist and hormone specialist and is actively involved in research in the areas of diabetes, obesity, and the metabolic syndrome in children.
Graham Dowland's involvement with BrightSpark spans over 15 years with the last 10 years as chair. He has over 30 years corporate finance and management experience predominantly in the oil and gas industry. He has previously held executive director, senior management, or advisory positions in Australian, Canadian and UK-listed companies within a variety of industries including oil and gas, biotechnology, mining and aquaculture.

Michael Aitken has had a 30 year career as an Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, and Fertility Specialist, with a passion for improving health outcomes, and the science behind this, especially the developmental origins of disease and dysfunction. He has served as the president of the National Association of Specialist Obstericians and Gyanaecologists, as well as numerous hospital committees , and was a founding Director of Fertility Specialists of WA, Western Australia's leading provider of fertility treatment. He also has a passion for outdoor activities and environmental protection.

Nick Blakiston is an Investment Advisor with Escala Partners based in Perth. Tony Barber is an accountant with his own Chartered Accounting practice and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) as well as being a Chartered Accountant. After growing up on a farm, Mr Barber worked in a large rural-based chartered firm, in a variety of roles in towns throughout Western Australia. In 2000, he started his own practice in Perth which provides services to small business in a variety of industries, including farming, professional, service, trade, wholesale and retail businesses.
