Mr. Berger has a proven track record as a change agent capable of turning around corporations with sales problems and earnings shortfalls in a short period of time. With Infra-structures Inc. in Brentwood, NY, Mr. Berger was charged by the organization to facilitate the opening of new Washington, DC location in Arlington, VA. As Systems Integration Manager at Connecting Point Multimedia in Arlington, VA, Mr. Berger was a key contributor to bottom line profitability that captured the first $100K sale, followed by successive sales that set new records for the organization. Brent was stellar during the launch of campaigns that led to 80% of all clients in 2003 purchasing new systems or upgrading previous systems. Christian Barrelle

Mr. Barrelle is an exceptional professional with a military background and extensive technical experience consisting of more than 15 years in handling various aspects of AV services to include design, engineering, integration, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Currently, Mr. Barrelle leads all in-house and on-site installation and service teams and provides Subject Matter Expertise (SME) as necessary for advanced project support. His experience demonstrates a proven ability to successfully analyze, design and implement critical support requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop/maintain innovative solutions that enhance performance and end user productivity. With extensive industry education and training, as well as advanced certifications from industry manufacturers, Mr. Barrelle is able to leverage a unique and thorough knowledge base to remotely troubleshoot, resolve and mitigate issues that occur on-site. Mr. Barrelle holds advanced certifications from Barco, Tandberg, Crestron, Audia, Extron, Clarity, Jupiter Systems, Sencore, Christie, and more. Mr. Barrelle specializes in high-resolution video system implementation and configuration, with specific expertise in seamless switching, distribution and processing, horizontal and vertical edge-blending, warp, and color calibration. Mr. Barrelle has significant customer service experience and is familiar with all ongoing project installations and serves as the key resource for all implementation, operations, and maintenance support. His ability to troubleshoot effectively, accurately, and efficiently places him in a unique position to remotely identify and resolve, or dispatch appropriate resources on-site, for any and all issues that arise over the course of the project as well as post installation and beyond system acceptance.

Joseph J. Graziano

Mr. Graziano has a diverse background in Sales and Operations with over 10 years' experience in strategic planning, campaign management, business development and providing critical recommendations for major corporations. With competencies that span both strategic and tactical planning, he has been instrumental in building team cohesion, managing audiovisual system integrations, negotiating agreements and building contracts. Mr. Graziano is noted as a judicious risk taker, presenting creative and entrepreneurial solutions to challenging business issues. A catalyst and driving force behind advanced, strategic development and implementation of large scale change management initiatives. Leveraging a polished business acumen and technological prowess, Joseph partnered in the launch of Bridges Systems Integration in Dulles, VA. He capitalizes on his strengths in strategic organizational alignment, workforce engagement, performance management, and business development to position Bridges Systems Integration as one of the top producers. Joseph served amicably as the Business Development Manager for Audio Visual Systems Inc. in Chantilly, VA, he was known for establishing and nurturing profitable relationships with organizations that included the US Army, Joint Staff, FBI and DISA. Joseph also classified and utilized key contracting vehicles to simplify the Government procurement process and capitalize on new business opportunities. Mr. Graziano was selected to represent Images Audio Visual International Inc. as chief systems designer, engineer, and project manager for high-end corporate and government boardrooms, conference rooms and command centers. He also collaborated with general and electrical contractors, construction managers and key decision-makers to ensure attainment of installation schedules and benchmarks. Mr. Graziano has completed various training and certification courses that have included Technician's class, certificate of Merit from American Management Association, Systems Design and Sales Techniques, Extron certification, and Technology Specialist Certification from Infocomm AV Industry Association.
