In his 20 years at Brown & Company, Chris has had a hand in hundreds of web, print, naming and branding projects. In addition to being our go-to guy when the laser printer toner needs replacing, Chris is the first guy we schedule when we have a brainstorming session. Chris is also into baseball, vintage guitars, vintage Indian motorcycles, pinball machines and spicy food.
David is the Vice President/Partner at Brown & Company. With extensive experience creating strategic design solutions, he leads teams from branding projects to websites to campaign communications. Before joining B&C in 1999, David worked his way up in design studios on both coasts and was President/Creative Director of an international design firm with Fortune 500 clients. He's an avid runner who loves to travel, hike in the mountains, and enjoy good beer.
Jack is a senior designer with eight years of experience working for a range of firms on the east coast. Since joining Brown & Company in 2012, Jack has led a variety of website design projects, and also specializes in e-blasts, web analytics and infographics design. Jack unwinds by tinkering and retrofitting old video game consoles, drawing, and spending time in nature.
Mary Jo is the Founder and President of Brown & Company and Big Brown Books, a publishing company. An active community member, she currently serves on the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation board and is Founding Chair Emeritus of the New Hampshire Women's Foundation. Mary Jo was named to New Hampshire Magazine's "Remarkable Women" list in 2009, Business New Hampshire's "Influence Index" in 2014, New Hampshire Magazine's 2018 "It List" and recently named as a "Outstanding Woman in Business" in 2018 by New Hampshire Business Review. She enjoys traveling, singing and gardening with her daughter Haley.

A veteran of Brown & Company with over 20 years of experience, Matt has served as senior designer and project manager for clients of all shapes and sizes. Matt has extensive experience in branding, identity work, and web design. An accomplished illustrator, Matt also likes to keep busy by designing gig posters and album covers, and unwinds by hanging out with his green cheek conure, Neko.
Nancy joined Brown & Company in 2004 and has over 30 years of experience at several major design firms. Nancy focuses on creating inspired print, logo and packaging designs with stellar project management. Nancy also works as an abstract artist, and is a pop culture junkie who loves traveling, great restaurants and spending time with her husband and their two cats.
Before joining Brown & Company, Sean spent five years at a small web company in Exeter, NH. An expert in CSS, Sean is particularly keen on the front-end side of development. Away from the office, Sean enjoys fishing, collecting records, and spending time outside with his kids. With two young daughters (Ruby, 5 and Vivian, 2) at home, Sean is no longer able to listen to yacht-rock for hours uninterrupted.
As Brown & Company's accounting manager since 2002, Terri wears a lot of hats. In addition to handling all of our accounting, Terri also takes care of human resources, office management, and keeps the office running smoothly so our designers can stay focused on creating excellent work. Terri is passionate about photography, the Red Sox and her fantasy football team(s).
