Buckalew Hospitality was founded in Orlando, FL in April of 2005 as a hotel consulting and mystery shopping company, after purchasing Ultimate Hospitality. We acquired 7 hotel clients in the acquisition, mostly in the Orlando and South Florida market. Since then, we have expanded our services to over 45 hotels and conduct up to 50 evaluations per month. We have operations in Central Florida, Tampa, South Florida, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington DC, Charlotte, South California, Arizona, Canada, New York City and Newark, and boast a network of over 2600 mystery shoppers throughout the United States and Canada... At the same time, Buckalew Hospitality would partner with meeting planners to provide on-site support to professionally planned meetings. We have worked side-by-side with planners to successfully run their on-site meeting operations.
