Brent Montero

Brent Montero, graduated from the University of Houston in 2017 with a bachelor's in business administration in Finance and a minor in accounting and started a career as a financial analyst. However, his real passion was in architecture and the combination of collaboration, creativity and problem solving that is inherent in the field. In 2020 he began pursuing a master's in architecture at the University of Houston and is currently in his final year of the program. Brent began his career at BSA in the summer of 2022 where he has worked in multiple phases of architectural services on a variety of project types.

Brian C Swartz

Brian C Swartz, AIA graduated from the University of Houston in 2005 with honors. Although he majored in Architecture, he minored in Construction Management and enjoys seeing the project vision translate from drawing to reality. He obtained his professional architectural license in early 2010, and through his interest in sustainable architecture has earned his LEED AP accreditation. Along with supporting the design team throughout the life of projects, Brian's interests include painting, photography, and furniture design which all fuel his artistic abilities to better serve our clients.

John E. Culpepper A.

John E. Culpepper, A.I.A., has been a Registered Architect since 1983. He graduated from the University of Houston in 1979, with a Bachelor of Architecture and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Architects. He currently serves as President of BSA-Architects, Inc. Since joining the firm in 1979, John has been the principal designer of custom residential and commercial architecture. His projects include single and multi-family residences, including luxury homes in the 3,000 to 15,000 square foot range. Recent commercial work includes renovation and expansion of a manufacturing complex and a new restaurant/bakery.
