David is a founding principal of Building Innovation Inc., co-founding the company in 1996. David has over 20 years of experience assessing, planning and implementing mechanical and electrical projects. David is a member of the PEOOAA Joint Liaison Committee, which was formed to address questions from Chief Building Officials under the Ontario Building Code. David is also a member of Engineers, Architects and Building Officials (EABO), which was established for the purpose of discussing and resolving mutual concerns regarding the permitting process and construction of buildings. David is responsible for project management, and lead mechanical and/or electrical engineering on projects.
David is an experienced project manager, contract administrator, and senior engineer with over 10 years experience assessing, planning and implementing mechanical and electrical projects. David graduated from McMaster University in 2013 with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology after obtaining a diploma from Humber College in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 2010. David is responsible for project management, contract administration, and lead mechanical and/or electrical engineering on projects.
Denis is an experienced project manager, contract administrator, and senior engineer with over 20 years experience in project management, mechanical system design, energy management, and sustainable design. Denis is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C) as well as a Certified Energy Manage (CEM) and Certfied Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP). Denis is responsible for project management, contract administration, and lead mechanical and/or electrical engineering on projects.
Walter is a founding principal of Building Innovation Inc., co-founding the company in 1996. Walter has over 20 years of experience in assessing, planning and implementing retrofits and upgrades to existing building environmental systems. Walter is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and has earned a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.). Walter also is a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP), and a Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP). Walter is responsible for project management, commissioning and lead electrical and/or mechanical engineering on projects.
