Cody Kahmann

With over 5 years of construction experience, Cody joined BMP in the fall of 2022. Previously, Cody was a Project Manager for Paul Hemmer Company where he managed both ground up and renovation construction projects for a variety of 3rd party clients. Currently serving as Division Manager of Capital Projects at BMP, Cody manages the construction and renovation projects of all sizes and scopes. Some of these projects include MSI Express tenant improvement, Blue Buffalo building expansion, as well as many more. Cody earned his Construction Management degree Northern Kentucky University and is an active member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. In his free time Cody enjoys playing golf and tennis with friends and rooting on the local teams, especially the Cincinnati Bengals.

Dave Dringenburg

Dave is a 40+ year veteran in the facilities management industry holding a variety of positions in operations, sales and administration. Currently serving as General Manager of BMP, Dave oversees the day to day operations of the organization. Dave takes a hands on approach with major projects including recent projects at the Cincinnati Arts Association, St. Elizabeth Healthcare and JLL. Dave attended Western Kentucky University and Northern Kentucky University and is active in the Building Owners Management Association (BOMA), the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Hopeful Lutheran Cemetery Board. In his free time Dave enjoys staying active, the outdoors and renovating properties and spending time with his five children and eleven grandchildren.

Mark Runyan

Mark is another 40+ year veteran in the facilities management industry holding a variety of positions in in the field and in administration. In his current role of Division Manager, Mark manages the technicians in the field as well as key accounts. Mark's can-do attitude sets the tone for the organization in taking care of the customer, whatever it takes. Some key recurring accounts Mark manages are Advics Manufacturing Ohio, Cincinnati Music Hall, Taft Museum of Art and KCVG Amazon. Mark earned his technical degree in Carpentry and Interior Design from Northern Kentucky University and is active in several local organizations including the Newport Elks Lodge. In his free time Mark enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing, and collects coins and model trains. Mark is a lifelong Northern Kentucky resident and is blessed with a large, growing family of children and grandchildren which he loves to spend time with.
