Bruce Sterling has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois-Chicago. His construction career began after his graduation from college and he has been involved in every aspect of the building process since 1976. Bruce has earned the respect of other construction professionals and craftsman through his team approach, dedication to quality workmanship throughout the entire construction process, in-depth knowledge and a genuine interest in delivering great customer service. He offers practical construction knowledge and demonstrates this by creating and participating in a collaborative environment for the benefit of entire project.

Debbie Sterling has a Bachelor of General Studies degree with a concentration in Accounting from Roosevelt University-Chicago. She started her construction career in 1983 as a construction accountant. Her accounting experience started with subcontractors and continued to grow to include real estate development, property management, general contracting and construction management firms. Her past experience working in all of these venues has provided a broad range of knowledge that affords her the opportunity to provide accurate job cost analysis, and effectively manage the accounting, finances and office at Sterling Renaissance, Inc. Our philosophy begins with recognizing that building a project starts with building a team.
