Andrew is an advisor with Lee & Associates' top-producing brokerage team nationally, the Coppola Cheney Group. Each year, Andrew's team closes over 150 transactions in Greater Phoenix and across the United States. Since joining in 2003, Andrew has completed over 1500 transactions totaling over $1 billion in total consideration. He is also one of 8 members of Lee & Associates' corporate solutions team, an exclusive national tenant representation group. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Irvine. He supports several community organizations with leadership roles in Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation and Valley of the Sun United Way.
A second-generation Arizonan, Andrew, his wife Carolyn, and their three children live in Arcadia. When not wrangling kids, he continues to play tennis competitively, travel, and backpack in his free time.
Chelsea works directly for The Coppola-Cheney Group as their Director of Operations and Team Coordinator and has been a part of the team since 2011. She is responsible for all backstage operations for the entire team, including project management, client presentation preparation, internal presentation prep, as well as any other team projects. Chelsea holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon and has her Arizona Real Estate License.

Craig Coppola is one of the real estate experts who wrote two of the chapters in this book - Mastering your Business and Lease it and Keep it Leased. Other experts that contributed to this book include: Donald Trump, Dean Graziosi. Wayne Palmer. Scott McPherson and Kim Kiyosaki
Craig is the top producing office broker in Lee & Associates' 45+ year history (65+ offices and over 1,100 brokers). He has 4 decades of leasing and sales experience, completing over 4,000 transactions, has been awarded NAIOP Office Broker of the Year six times, and was the 2020 recipient of the NAIOP Award of Excellence (given to one person annually). He is an award-winning author of seven books and an industry thought leader with two blogs that touch over a million people annually. Craig holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Nicholls State University and a master's degree in business administration from Arizona State University.
Craig is a third-generation Arizonan. He has been married to his wife Tracy for 34 years, is a father to four remarkable children, and has 3 wonderful grandchildren. Craig has been a lifelong athlete with a bevy of achievements under his belt. He was drafted by and played in the Minnesota Twins Baseball organization, represented the USA, and won a world championship in Tae Kwon Do. He was inducted into the Tae Kwon Do Hall of Fame in 2015. In addition, Craig is a former ultra-long-distance runner completing over 60 marathons and longer. Today, he is an avid backpacker having hiked in over 40 countries and 6 continents and completed such rigorous trails as the Arizona Trail (one of 11 U.S. National Scenic Trails), GR 20 in Corsica (widely considered one of the most difficult GR routes in the world), Everest Base Camp and the Summit of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Gregg Kafka specializes in the leasing and sales of office & industrial properties in the state of Arizona and is part of Lee & Associates' top-producing office brokerage team.
Gregg joined Lee & Associates (The Coppola-Cheney Group) in 2011 coming from an extensive background in development, ground-up construction, tenant improvement construction, and retail leasing with Opus West and Westcor/Macerich. Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science & Engineering Degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
His extensive knowledge of the Metropolitan Phoenix market is complemented by thorough analysis and marketing skills involving tenant relocation, tenant expansion, lease negotiations, and market analysis. These proficiencies, along with a robust background in constructive management, have enabled him to become a respected presence within the CRE Community.
Gregg is a native Phoenician. He and his wife Kelly have two dogs Dutch and Mac, and enjoys going on walks, taking their dogs to the park, and getting on the golf course as much as possible.
Kaeli assists in the development and execution of all marketing strategies, campaigns, and events for our listings. She performs day-to-day operations to ensure all marketing materials are up to date and accurate on all our various platforms. Kaeli also manages and maintains our two weekly blogs, as well as provides content for our social media pages. Kaeli holds her Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Arizona State University. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog and testing out new recipes.
Mary works directly for The Coppola-Cheney Group as their database specialist. Mary is responsible for ensuring client and market data is accurate, detailed and current. She manages all of the brokers' calls, mailers and ensures we continue to build relationships with our clients by consistently staying in touch.
Nick works directly for the entire Coppola-Cheney Group as part of their two-year Graduate Apprentice Program. He supports the Senior Brokers in all of the backstage operations of real estate transactions. This includes tour set-up, market research, Co-Star updates, data and internet research, BOV's, financial analysis and listing maintenance. Nick holds a Bachelor's Degree in both Finance and Marketing from Elon University and has his Arizona Real Estate License.
Nick joined The Coppola-Cheney Group in 2020 and is now an Associate with the team. He is in the market daily representing tenants in the Phoenix market and nationally across the US via occupier portfolio management. He also consults on site selection research, market analysis, and lease reviews. Nick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance Analytics from Creighton University and has his Arizona Real Estate License. Outside of the office, Nick can be found spending his time outside hiking, skiing, and surfing with friends. Nick also volunteers his time with the Fiesta Bowl and NAIOP locally in AZ and has represented multiple non-profits in their office search and help them best support their missions.
Parker works directly for the entire Coppola-Cheney Group as part of their two-year Graduate Apprentice Program. Peter has been working with The Coppola-Cheney Group since 2014. He provides the team with high-level graphic design and marketing materials such as brochures, postcards, email blasts, presentations, and infographics. Peter holds a bachelor's degree in design and visual communications from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia.
