Bruce Whitmore is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Cachet Financial Solutions. Mr. Whitmore oversees all areas of information technology and solution development for Cachet, shaping IT strategy and driving continued innovation and growth for Cachet and our clients. He brings more than 30 years' technology leadership to his role, including a wealth of experience developing solutions that improve business and technology interaction. Prior to joining Cachet, Mr. Whitmore was Chief Technology Officer for Skybridge Americas, a contact center and third party logistics organization, where he led technology and infrastructure operations for U.S. and Canada. Previously, he held various technology leadership roles with Carlson Companies, United Healthcare, and the United States Air Force.

Bryan Meier - CFO, EVP

Bryan Meier is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer for Cachet Financial Solutions. He oversees corporate finance, accounting, investor relations, contract management and reporting for Cachet. He also works with Cachet's executive team to identify opportunities to drive corporate value and long-term financial success. Mr. Meier is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years' experience successfully managing operations and navigating significant growth for startups to $4 billion corporations. Prior to joining Cachet, he held Chief Financial Officer and financial executive roles for various technology and investment companies, including Recovery Technology Solutions, Phoenix Solar, Verasun Energy Corporation, as well as HM Capital Partners, where he spearheaded and managed a $600 million IPO and a $200 million public debt offering.

Jeffrey Mack is Co-Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Cachet Financial Solutions. He oversees overall company operations, as well as the development and execution of the company's business strategy. Mr. Mack has vast experience building, leading and taking large technology and financing organizations public. He has taken three companies public, including Arcadia Financial LTD (formerly known as Olympic financial LTD), one of the largest independent providers of automobile financing in the United States, which he founded in 1990. Mr. Mack was Chairman, CEO and President of Arcadia Financial. Prior to founding Arcadia Financial, Mr. Mack held various executive roles in the commercial banking industry for several years.

Larry Blaney

Mr. Blaney is the Executive Vice President of Sales for Cachet Financial Solutions and oversees the sales, business development and product innovation teams at Cachet. His background includes vast experience driving sales of technology solutions for large financial services institutions, and a successful track record of building high-performance global sales organizations. Prior to Cachet, Mr. Blaney held leadership positions at various technology companies, including Richardson Electronics, a global custom solutions company, where as Vice President of Sales and Marketing he helped realign the sales force, which under his leadership increased sales from $35 million to $95 million. Prior to Richardson Electronics, Mr. Blaney formed a startup systems integration company focused on selling hardware and software to large financial institutions, which he sold to Richardson Electronics in 1998.
