Our Story: Calder Construction Ltd was founded in 2005 by D'Arcy Calder, who brought 17 years of commercial industry experience to the table. Prior to the company, D'Arcy built schools, hospitals, theaters, banks, and large commercial and residential projects. This diverse portfolio speaks to his versatility and commitment to excellence... However, our founder's true passion lies in custom home building and renovations. This passion is rooted in D'Arcy's early days, starting at the age of 12, building houses with his father.
