In 1984, Ray Kliewer took a leap of faith and started CalCA out of his garage on a small five-acre raisin farm in Dinuba. Persevering through the many challenges of starting a new business, Ray grew the company thanks to his dedication to quality, honesty, and plain old hard work. Today, CalCA is an employee-owned corporation servicing clients throughout California and as far as India and China... We specialize in mechanical systems design, installation and maintenance for product cooling and cold storage/freezer facilities. In order to help our clients navigate the complicated maze of government regulations, we also offer consulting services through our sister company Resource Compliance, Inc. to help our clients comply with Risk Management Program (RMP) and Process Safety Management..
