Chris Giles joined Cannon Commercial in 2012 specializing in investment sales throughout the Puget Sound. He is experienced in representing both buyers and sellers in a variety of asset types. A true deal junky, he researches dozens of listings and sales comps daily to stay on top of the market and identify emerging trends and opportunities for his clients.
Chris specializes in commercial sales and leasing with an emphasis on specific neighborhoods in and around Seattle. He has accumulated valuable skills through his experiences as an investor and adviser with Cannon Commercial. He provides clients with short term and long term strategic planning to achieve their real estate and business goals. He has a proven track record in investment sales, landlord representation and tenant representation.
Chris graduated with a double major at Washington State University with a BA in Business Management and a BA in Human Resource Management. Shortly after graduating, Chris started his career in business-to-business sales where he was a top sales producer. His experience provided him with the skill sets and ingenuity to achieve success in the commercial real estate industry
