CAIR OBSERVATORY

The CAIR Observatory is dedicated to documenting the activities of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as an unregistered foreign agent. CAIR bills itself as "America's largest Muslim civil rights organization," but CAIR was founded as an offshoot of the Hamas front group the Islamic Association for Palestine. In 2007, Department of Justice prosecutors named CAIR an "unindicted co-conspirator" in the Hamas/Holy Land Foundation terrorism finance trial. In 2008 the FBI cut all ties with CAIR. That same year CAIR was sued for fraud by Muslim, African-American and Hispanic families. Since CAIR's founding in 1994 many of its directors have been sued or prosecuted, including four who have been convicted of felonies including terrorism...
