Amberly Nicole Grier was born and raised in Lithonia, Georgia. She attended the University of West Georgia for her undergraduate degree and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Criminology in 2016. In 2016, Amberly began attending Georgia State College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in May 2019.
Amberly joined W. Calvin Smith II, P.C. as an associate attorney, and her practice focuses primarily in personal injury and workers' compensation. Amberly is a member of good standing of the State Bar of Georgia. In her spare time, Amberly enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Brent McIntosh was born in Cleveland, Tennessee. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in history and a minor in philosophy.
He then attended the University of Alabama School of Law where he earned his juris doctor in 2011. While in law school, he clerked for the Tuscaloosa County Public Defender's Office and was a student editor and member of the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review.
Prior to joining W. Calvin Smith II, P.C, Mr. McIntosh practiced workers' compensation and personal injury law for a plaintiff firm in Tennessee. Throughout his career he has advocated and fought for civil justice for injured individuals.
Brent McIntosh is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia and State Bar of Tennessee and admitted to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Brent enjoys spending time playing tennis and golf, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his family.
Debra Ann Cohen was born in Massachusetts but has lived in Georgia for most of her life. Ms. Cohen attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She then attended the University of Georgia School of Law, attaining her Juris Doctor in 1992. While attending law school, Ms. Cohen clerked for an Athens, Georgia firm specializing in plaintiff-side litigation. There she gained first-hand knowledge of the need to protect the rights of those who have been injured either while on the job or due to the negligence of others. Ms. Cohen has since practiced in the areas of workers' compensation and personal injury law for over twenty (20) years. Ms. Cohen is married to an attorney and has four daughters. She enjoys playing classical piano and is an avid art collector. Ms. Cohen is a member in good standing of both the State Bar of Georgia and the workers' compensation section of the State Bar.
Emanuel Lopez joined W. Calvin Smith II, P.C. in 2017. Since working here he was built a passion for helping the need and wants to continue his studies in the law field. During his free time, he enjoys watching basketball and soccer. His two favorite teams are the Golden State Warriors and Atlanta United.
Erick Rios was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He's lived in Atlanta, Georgia for the past 20 years. He joined the Law Office of W. Calvin Smith, II, P.C. in 2015. Erick has over 12 years of experience in workers' compensation and personal injury as a legal assistant. He is also very knowledgeable in family law matters. Erick is fluent in English and Spanish. He enjoys spending time with his friends, his dog Rocco and cooking his favorite Puerto Rican dishes.
Maria J. Sandoval joined W. Calvin Smith II, P.C. in 2016. She attended the University of Georgia Center for Legal Studies in 2018 and obtained her paralegal certification.
Trinity Best is originally from Indiana. Trinity attended Indiana University for his undergraduate education obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Public Management. After completing his undergraduate education, Trinity attended Emory University School of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor to practice law.
While in law school, Trinity participated in a variety of internships, including working for the DeKalb County Superior Court. After completing law school, Trinity worked for a law firm specializing in commercial real estate transactions. Since joining W. Calvin Smith, II, P.C., Trinity has specialized in personal injury and workers' compensation law.
During his spare time, Trinity enjoys sports, exercising, and spending time with his family.
