The Calma Association Management Company, LLC was started as Multi-Association Management in 1990 in San Jose, CA. In 2005, the company merged with another AMC in San Francisco to form Milde, Rollins & Associates, LLC in San Francisco, CA. After the retirement of one of the Principals, the company eventually changed its name to Calma Association Management Company, LLC and re-located to Sacramento, CA in 2016. The name Calma is taken from the owner's grandfather, Calvin, who owned a computer business with his grandmother, Irma. They formed "The Calma Company" based in Los Gatos, CA in the 1960's and 70's... We are a cost effective..
