CAROL A - Key Persons
A 1992 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Northern Illinois University, Carol Nolan is the recipient of the 1992 Most Outstanding Woman Graduate award. Since 1996 Carol has worked exclusively in elder law issues. Ms. Nolan is a frequent speaker and author on legal matters affecting Illinois seniors. She has addressed the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, the National Business Institute, and the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers. She wrote a chapter on probate law for the Elder Law volume of Illinois Jurisprudence.
Carol A. Nolan has been a frequent speaker on Elder Law, Medicaid issues, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and guardianships for the Illinois State Bar Association, National Business Institute, and the DuPage County Bar Association.
Carol has been practicing in the field of Medicaid planning since 1996. She advises clients about the rules pertaining to Medicaid, nursing homes, asset transfers, and trusts for the disabled. She will assist clients in filing Medicaid applications and related matters.
