Ali joined the Cameron-Brooks team in 2022 as a Transition Specialist after spending 17 years as a Speech Language Pathologist in various settings.
As a Transition Specialist, Ali works with Junior Military Officers throughout numerous military bases in the U.S. to help them prepare for a transition into leadership roles in corporate America. It is important to Ali to learn about the officer and help guide them into fulfilling careers.
Ali resides in Fredericksburg with her husband and three children. She enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Amber joined the Cameron Brooks team in April of 2018 as a Transition Specialist after spending 11 years as a high school science teacher with a concentration on biology and chemistry.
As a Transition Specialist, Amber works with Junior Military Officers at several of our key U.S. military bases to help them prepare to transition to business careers.
Amber is a native of Fredericksburg, TX, where she resides with her husband and four children. She holds a degree in Biology from Texas A&M University and excels in customer relationships and mentorship. When she is not helping candidates work toward their career goals, she enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her family.
Brock joined the Cameron-Brooks management team in 2023 and helps lead our Junior Military Officer Recruiting program to identify and recruit top Junior Military Officers who have the ability and desire to make the transition to the business world and grow into senior leadership roles.
He works closely with our active-duty candidates by coaching, mentoring, and developing their skills to successfully transform their careers and lives. Brock is passionate about building relationships with them and helping them successfully transition from the military into the business world.
Brock served 5 successful years in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer where he deployed 3 times to the Western Pacific
Brock has a BS in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis. He grew up in Dallas Texas and currently lives in the Texas Hill Country with his wife.
Candy has been with Cameron-Brooks since 1990. With over 25 years of experience in JMO recruiting, Candy brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.
She is a Recruiting Specialist in our office where she works with Junior Military Officers at several of our key U. S. military bases to help them prepare to transition to business careers. She's also an integral part of our hiring conference team where she attends every event and plays a big role in running our conference operation.
Candy has a BS in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M, and lives in the Texas Hill Country.

He has been quoted in business periodicals such as The Wall Street Journal and FORTUNE Magazine, and is recognized as an expert in the JMO recruiting industry. Chuck enjoys working with corporations helping them diversify and augment their talent programs with high-quality Junior Officers/Veterans. He also spends a lot of time coaching and mentoring Cameron-Brooks alumni as they navigate and grow their post-military careers in the business world. He approaches his work with a passion for helping people and organizations maximize their potential and success, and watching former JMOs grow into senior leadership levels of corporations all over the globe.
Chuck graduated from Bucknell University, is originally from the Washington, D.C. area, and lives in Fredericksburg, Texas, with his wife and three children.

Danielle joined the Cameron-Brooks Team in 1998 as a Recruiting Team Leader after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M.
She is our in-house resume consultant and has a key role in working with candidates prior to their hiring conference helping them build and refine their resumes.
Danielle is a Fredericksburg native. When she is not helping candidates with their career goals, she spends much of her time with her husband and two children ranching and enjoying the Texas Hill Country.

Joel joined Cameron-Brooks in 1999 after serving as an Armor officer in the U.S. Army. Joel is a Partner at Cameron-Brooks and leads the company's recruiting team.
His work touches virtually every part of the business, including managing recruiting, working with client companies, and traveling throughout the United States and overseas meeting with Junior Military Officers. Joel is an expert at interviewing and a gifted teacher and coach. He has helped thousands of JMOs develop their skills and prepare for successful transitions to the business world. He also provides career coaching and mentoring to Cameron-Brooks alumni throughout the business world to help them grow their skills and maximize their career success.
Joel is originally from Minnesota, graduated magna cum laude in Finance from Notre Dame, and lives in the Hill country with his wife and four children.
Josie joined Cameron-Brooks in 2013 and is one of our Relationship Managers. She manages our Junior Military Officer recruiting operations for her region.
She works closely with Junior Military Officer candidates as they prepare for their career changes to the business world. Josie holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Angelo State University and an MBA in Marketing from Regis University. Prior to joining Cameron-Brooks, Josie worked for 13 years in Property and Casualty Insurance for USAA.
She is a native of Fredericksburg, TX where she lives with her husband and son.
Julie joined Cameron-Brooks in 2014, bringing over 30 years of Human Resources and Management experience. Julie is an integral part of many operational processes at Cameron-Brooks, to include managing our website, assisting the conference team, and ensuring quality communication to our candidates and client companies. Julie is from the Chicago area and she attended college in Michigan. Julie has three adult daughters and lives in Fredericksburg.
Kelly joined Cameron-Brooks in 2014, bringing 15 years of management experience in the retail industry.
Her background is in customer service and leadership with a focus on team building, training, mentorship, merchandising and operational excellence. Kelly is one of our Transition Specialists, and she manages recruiting operations at numerous military bases throughout the U.S. She is passionate about building relationships with Jr. Military Officers and helping them transition into the business world.
Kelly is a native of Fredericksburg, Texas, where she enjoys spending free time with her husband, family and friends.
Lauren's priority on relationships permeates her interactions with clients, military candidates and program alumni in her management team role at Cameron-Brooks. She enjoys connecting clients from a wide variety of industries with high-quality Junior Officers/Veterans to fill needs within their organizations. Lauren also walks beside our Junior Military Officer candidates in the transition from active duty to the work force, and then enjoys sustaining these relationships as the candidates become alumni of the Cameron-Brooks program. Finally, Lauren brings creative leadership and strategy to our marketing and recruiting projects. Prior to joining Cameron-Brooks in 2011, Lauren worked as an analyst for the FBI. Lauren graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University and resides in the Texas Hill Country with her husband and three children.
Leslie joined the Cameron-Brooks team in 2023 as a Transition Specialist after almost 20 years in the Quarter Horse Racing business. She brings a wide array of experience as a Licensed Social Worker.
As a Transition Specialist, Leslie works with Junior Military Officers throughout numerous military bases in the U.S. to help them prepare for the transition into leadership roles in corporate America. She enjoys building relationships with Officers and supporting them as they strive to achieve their career goals.
Leslie lives in Fredericksburg with her two children.
Mary Lou is the operational backbone of Cameron-Brooks. She has been with the company since our inception and has over 30 years of JMO recruiting experience.
Mary Lou has helped thousands of Junior Military Officers make successful transitions to Corporate America. She works closely with our active duty officers as they approach their transitions, helping them to define their career options and prepare for the hiring conferences. Mary Lou manages our conference operations center, develops the interview scheduling process, and is a key member of our follow-up team.
Originally from Northern California, Mary Lou is a graduate of UC Berkeley and lives in Fredericksburg, Texas with her husband.
Megan joined Cameron-Brooks in 2014 bringing with her seven years of management experience.
She is a member of our Client Services Team, and aids in our pursuit to deliver quality recruiting to each of our Client Companies. Megan also works closely with candidates as well as companies throughout the hiring conferences and follow-up process.
She is a graduate of Baylor University and resides in the Texas Hill Country with her husband and family.
Michelle joined Cameron-Brooks in 1996 bringing 6 years of management experience with a Fortune 500 retail company.
With more than a decade of JMO recruiting experience at Cameron-Brooks, Michelle is one of our tenured Relationship Managers. She has helped hundreds of Junior Military Officers plan and prepare for successful transitions to the business world by successfully managing our recruiting efforts at some of the largest military bases across the country and in Asia. At our hiring conferences, where she manages relationships with our hosting hotels, Michelle is known for her excellent organizational skills and "make-it-happen" leadership.

Pete joined the Cameron-Brooks management team in 2013 and helps lead our Junior Military Officer recruiting program, traveling to military bases throughout the United States and overseas to identify and recruit top quality leadership talent.
He also works closely with our active duty candidates, helping them to prepare for transitions to the business world. Pete served 6 successful years in the US Army as a Field Artillery Officer where he deployed at the beginning of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Before joining Cameron-Brooks, he spent 9 years working for Johnson & Johnson where he was a very successful sales representative, sales trainer and division sales manager.
Pete has a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He grew up in San Antonio, Texas and currently lives in Fredericksburg with his wife and three children.
Sarah joined Cameron-Brooks in 2022, with over 18 years of Customer Service experience in the medical field. As Office Manager she plays an important role in the daily running and maintenance of the office. Sarah lives in Fredericksburg with her husband and two children. She enjoys health and fitness, Spending time with her family and friends and the outdoors.
Tana joined the Cameron-Brooks team in 2023 as a Transition Specialist after spending 18 years in public education as a teacher and then school administrator.
As a Transition Specialist, Tana works with Junior Military Officers at several of our key U.S. military bases to help them prepare for a transition into leadership roles in corporate America. It is important to Tana to actively listen to the officers and help guide them into fulfilling careers.
Tana graduated from Texas Tech University and holds a Master's degree from Schreiner University. She lives in the Texas Hill Country where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Tim helps educate Junior Military Officers on the leadership opportunities available to them in Corporate America. Before joining Cameron-Brooks in 2019, he spent 13 years managing recruiting efforts for award-winning software, energy, and staffing companies in Texas, California, and Washington, D.C.
Tim's track record of identifying high performers and providing career guidance is built on interviewing thousands of professionals from a wide spectrum of disciplines and career levels. Tim has learned that transitioning jobs can be one of the more stressful times in life and is eager to provide career guidance at such a critical time.
Tim has a BS in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and lives in Fredericksburg with his wife and two children.
