C&H Restoration and Renovation offers general contracting services for historic building restorations as well as historic home remodels. C&H has done general contracting work at The Clifton Mansion, The Peale Museum, The Star Spangled Banner Flag House, Winans Chapel, and The Gargoyle House in Bolton Hill, among many other projects... C&H Restoration and Renovation, LLC specializes in the restoration and updating of historic buildings. C&H is owned and operated by Nicholas Cairns and Timothy Horjus. Nick and Tim spent years working both as artists and in the trades prior to forming C&H in 2010... With a love for historic architecture and detail, along with an implicit understanding and appreciation of design and aesthetics, C&H Restoration and Renovation prides itself on retaining and restoring the history of a building, while simultaneously making the updates and improvements necessary in the current age.
