Our mission is to make counselling accessible to everyone because mental health is part of our overall health and currently, that is not recognized by BC medical... As a local non-profit counselling agency, we recognize that many people in our community are struggling to cope with challenges in their lives. Our mandate is to respond to those needs through high quality counselling services offered at affordable rates. To meet that goal, we offer subsidized rates to those who qualify. For over 30 years, we have successfully facilitated change and growth in our clients. Our skilled, professionally trained and certified therapists are well equipped to offer a wide variety of counselling services for children, individuals, couples, and families... You can literally change lives by donating to Cares! We subsidize our rates so those who need help but otherwise would not be able to afford counselling can get the support they need!
