Capitol Foam is dedicated to lean manufacturing practices stocking material ready for production. We stock both combustion modified and commodity foam manufactured in the United States... In 1970, Arthur's son, Bart, joined the family business, and is now the President and CEO of the Company. Capitol Foam provides custom design, engineering and fabrication of flexible polyurethane foam.Capitol Foam moved to larger quarters in Piscataway in 1973, and then again to South Hackensack a few years later. In the fall of 1987, due to increased production demands, Capitol Foam moved to its present location - a 95,000 square foot facility in East Rutherford, New Jersey, to become the largest foam fabricator on the east coast.
